Additionally, with 3 separate living areas there is plenty of space for everyone! This is the ideal spot for a group of friends, newly-weds, couples and bachelor/bachelorette parties to come and experience the amazing Music City. Explore all that our city has to offer! Less than a 3 minute drive to Hemingway’s Bar and Hideaway, Flamingo Cocktail Club, get a fresh cut at the Blockhouse barber shop, Sassafras Market & Deli and more. Just 7 minutes to all Downtown Nashville has to offer!! Guest Access You will have access to the entire home. Enjoy 24-hour access to the house via access code, therefore none of your guests will get stuck without a key and check-in and check-out are a breeze! There are Arlo cameras located outside the front and back entrance of the home as an additional safety for guests. We stayed here to go to a concert at the GEODIS Stadium in August. It was hot (100F+) outside, but inside this place stayed ice cold (just like we wanted it!). The place was spacious for the 8 of us.
The ceilings are high, plenty of natural light, the furniture was comfortable. There are 4 "floors" to spread-out into. The layout of the place is such that you can get away from the crowd if you want by going upstairs to the bedrooms or downstairs to the room with the shuffleboard, or interact with the crowd from the kitchen that looks down into the family room type area or with people on the level as the kitchen in the living room.
We walked 3-4 blocks to the GEODIS stadium and walked back after the show. It was far better than dealing with parking or the traffic that we walked past on our way to the show.
We easily found delicious local food within a 2-3 mile radius.
We will definitely stay here again when its time to go hang out in Nashville!

Perfect distance to Broadway! Gave everyone the privacy they needed, but also gave us a perfect area to hang together. Very clean and modern design, Made great memories! Would love to come back again!

Some of your lights need repair, light bulbs missing and the lamp by the bed in room with blue cover is not working at all, difficult to do some bedtime reading.

We had three families all stay here and everyone had plenty of space. The neighborhood is close to so many great attractions and also has a few of its own. The host was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this place and will stay here again.

My cousins and I came to attend the Taylor Swift concert and had an absolute blast! The home is super large, clean and stocked. The beds were really comfortable as well. Its within walking distance to a brewery, distillery, an amazing bakery and a smoothie place as well as a short uber to Broadway!

Came in to see a MLS game & go out Downtown. Very close to both (10-12 min walk to Stadium, $12-15 Uber to Broadway). Host was super communicative to make sure we didn’t need anything & that we were enjoying our stay.
House was super clean, but ialso pretty beat up cosmetically (wall scuffs / paint damage). Beds were very comfortable & we could have had 3-4 more people stay comfortably

My friends and I traveled from Atlanta to Nashville to run a half marathon. We had spouses and kids with us and 502 Southgate was the perfect space. The kids were entertained in the theater room. The adults could hang out in the main living room. At night, the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and super comfy. There was plenty of space to hangout on the property, but also many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely come back. Thanks to Mayra for being an excellent host!

The home is wonderful and was less than a $20 rideshare cost to Broadway and all the bars. Mayra was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had, which were very few. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The patio opens to an open area with squirrels and birds in abundance. Even saw our first cardinal. The shuffleboard table was a hit as well. This will definitely be our go to when visiting Nashville in the future.

I have stayed here twice. That’s how much I recommend this property. The house was spacious and great to put a bunch of friends in who were partying in Nashville for a weekend. The host was super to work with. She was easy to communicate with and ask questions. Short Uber ride to/from downtown. Highly suggest renting here to save money when compared to staying in downtown Nashville!

Super accessible to all the neighborhoods we checked out (12 South, Gulch, downtown, etc.) - about 10 to 15 drive to just about anywhere. The unit is easy to access and great for a large group - very spacious, plenty of seating areas. Made for a great homebase for our first trip to Nashville.

We had a great little trip down to Nashville for a wedding. The property was within walking distance of a few local residents places to eat and a short drive to everything downtown. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Mayra was extremely responsive to all of our questions before we arrived.

My entire experience with this property was amazing! From the communications with the host, to the amazing location and beautiful weather I cannot complain about anything! This is an amazing property if you are looking to host a lot of people (8-10 people) as there was room for everyone and still plenty left over! Uber rides to downtown were not bad at all and it was perfect distance away so you weren’t distracted with noise. The house was overall clean, stocked with essentials and everything that was promised! Thank you!!

Nice place, pretty close
Hosts of house were great, and really enjoyed the house! It was pretty spacious for our group, and we really enjoyed the shuffleboard! Host was very responsive and nice to stock pods for the Keurig. Only downside was that it wasn’t quite walkable…about $15-$20 Uber ride to get there and back, but was quick and there always seemed to be ample options and we didn’t wait long at any point.
