Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher The family dog (50 lbs. max) is welcome with a nightly fee The pool can be heated upon request! 48-hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had a great two weeks on Pompei, enjoying walking, biking, trips to the beach and swimming in the pool on warmer days. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and meals and we loved the yard which made it so convenient traveling with our small dog. It was great to have a garage to keep our bikes and the house itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood proved to be a perfect location for us with easy access to restaurants, stores and the beach. The home provided an ideal home base for our winter break vacation in Naples.

Are you stayed at this house January 3 through the 17th? The house was a clean I requested a pool to be heated. The pool never got heated even when they came in and turn it and it took me numerous text message and contact information before I got somebody to come in and look at the pool, but the pool never got heated, they need update in their kitchen equipment. The house look a lot bigger are no pictures then it is an actual very nice area.

We enjoyed our stay at pompei however a few things about the house for the nexts guests…the roof is missing shingles and the soffit and facia is rotten very badly by main door so it made us a little concerned the inside would be a disasters as well. Inside the house was stocked well with towels, beach towels, hand towels, kitchenware, etc.. The floors are gross and need a really good scrubbing. Our feet would be black walking around the house five mins after a shower. The ac in the house isn’t the greatest especially in the room with the blue and white wall paper. There was a box fan left in there and even that didn’t help very much. The house itself seemed to struggle to keep cool as well. All in all those were the only complaints we had. Very nice area and close to everything, back yard and landscaping is done nicely, pool was amazing, house was super cute, and we had a great time.

House was very nice and spacious. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Few of the "house rules" we didn't agree with but that's a part of life and would still stay knowing the rules just would've made better plans to accommodate our visit.

This was a perfect little spot for my family. When it was time to quit the beach we could come home and still swim. Felt like home away from home. The master bedroom had such a comfortable bed, felt like sleeping on clouds. Enjoyed the location; Central to everything we needed and wanted. They had beach chairs and towels, but you'll need to grab a beach umbrella for some sun relief. Would definitely stay again.

This home was well cared for, very clean and totally stocked from towels to dishes and kitchen essentials. There were 3 good sized bedrooms and a wonderful common living space plus a screened porch and private fenced back pool yard. The only glitch was with the checkin code…I think we didn’t enter it fast enough and it would error..called the 800 number and they were able to reset it for us while on the phone.

2 - Only three washcloths in the entire house that sleeps 6.
3 - Drinkware is old an cloudy. Needs to be replaced. (Silverware is showing age as well)

Very nice rental. Clean inside and out. Kitchen dishes are well worn, but probably hard to keep nice things in a rental so they were adequate. We had trouble with the entry lock and reached out to manager. They said someone would contact us but no one did. Older neighborhood but great location. Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. It’s conveniently located to everything in town.
Bedrooms and baths are well-appointed and linens/towels are plentiful and of great quality. All appliances are newer and work perfectly. It’s also nice to have an attached garage with a door opener!

This house provided plenty of toilet paper for our stay, several rolls of paper towel, dish soap, trash bags for each day we stayed, laundry tabs, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner! We were blown away by this! My family lives in Naples and we came in for my mothers 83rd birthday. This house provided the perfect setting. The tall stockade fence provided privacy, the fairly large grassy area provided a great place for their little dogs to run and play. The pool deck had plenty of seating. We had a little bit of trouble with the pool heater and outside lighting, however the management company sent very kind electricians over immediately to repair and they over compensated with a refund for the pool heater trouble. My family asked me to rent it again next year. Which I already have and added an extra day to next years trip! Cannot wait to return! Thank you!

Clean, Updated Home in Nice Neighborhood
This home was extremely nice! We loved that it is updated with newer appliances, very nice furniture, a beautiful fenced yard for our little dog and a wonderful pool. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Naples area. It is very centrally located to everything but in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was very clean and nice. We had plenty of cooking utensils, but not much room for our groceries and items in the cupboards. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. The instructions in the book had contradictory information on when the pool guy was going to be there and when trash was to be placed out. We had 4 people show up to the home unannounced and just walked in through the gate. The first time I called them, they apologized for the inconvenience and no one else is scheduled. 2 days later 2 people showed up again. The morning person showed up and I was not dressed properly, I was very embarrassed with that situation. The yard guy showed up and sprayed the yard, then said your dogs can't be outside for 2hours. The second time I called the lady said they can't guarantee times and they don't have to announce themselves. I told her I also saw a roach in the garage and she said it was a palmetto bug and they are confused with roaches all the time. A palmetto bug IS a type of roach. I thought the people just walking into the yard was rude and inconsiderate of my time and money that I spent to stay there. They should always knock and announce themselves, especially if they see a vehicle in the driveway. I was not very pleased with my vacation time at this home.

We liked the house and the pool.Everything was nice and clean.I had trouble to pay with my credit card online (to pay off the balance in order to finalize reservation). Nobody was able to solve it, I had to use another credit card (which I did not want to do but did not want to loose the reservation). I made contact about the property issues several times, nobody showed up. The ceiling fan and light in one of the rooms did not work and nobody came over to fix it.We were able to use only 2 rooms instead of three. There was a need to have a filter in the refrigerator changed but nobody made the respond.We rent vacation homes quite often, I wish there were beach bikes available. The location was very convenient.
