0 stars- The place smells like mold, the heat was completely turned off, when we arrived at our Valentine's celebration, the place was freezing and it took forever to warm up. The bed takes most of the tiny rooms space. it's not a large bed either, the room is just way too small, we had no room to move around the bed on either side, the bed makes noise every time you move, it's not a faint noise either, we didn't slept a full night on our three night stay. The description also says it sleeps 4. There's that one squeaky bed and a tiny old couch that should be thrown away. The picture on the listing is no where near the actual condition of the couch we had to sit on. My question is, where does two additional people can sleep in this place! The description also mentions that a BBQ grill was available, yes I do like to grill even on the snow, this is one of the options I read that moved me to book the place. The number one reason why I decided to book this place was due to the description and the additional cost we paid to have a view to the Fremont bridge. Yes, we paid extra to book this room for our Valentines so we can have a special stay with a romantic experience with so so we can have a special stay with a romantic experience with the view to the Fremont bridge. Well, there are two buildings in front of this unit block the view. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

Excellent locale, clean, easy Check in and check out instructions; perfect for a quick stay in Portland. Deducted one star because the bed needs to be replaced - it makes so much noise every time you move - normal tossing/turning is quite the noisy affair!

The bed is so noisy every time you sit, move or turn. So my husband decided to sleep on the sofa instead. There is no onsite parking as per listing but the other option is terrible. We drove around for 45 mins till we found an available street parking spot that’s within a 5 mins walk. There is a fee to park from 9a-6p. Other parking options are 5-10 minutes DRIVE. What’s left of the washer “start” button is a “hole” so we couldn’t wash our clothes. Other than that, there are restaurants close by so we didn’t have to drive and have to deal with parking more than once a day.

Upon check in followed instructions and key was not there. Was approached by a man out of breath, said he just finished cleaning the apartment. Was surprised as check out is at 10 am and this was 405 pm. Stayed at property, blinds would not close. Called and asked to fix it. They told me someone would call that was local to come fix it. I never heard from anyone. Very bright at 5 am. Stayed here for 4 days and no response.

Great communication and easy check in. The suite was clean and quiet. Great location! I would rate it a 4.5 if I could. Only downside was limited linens (ie dishtowels, bathmat, bedding for pull out couch). But overall, an amazing place and stay! Thank you!

The apartment building was great. Cute and convenient coffee shot in the lobby. The apartment itself was nice but needs a bit of love; the couch was dirty and worn and the walls could use a coat of paint. The bed was pretty comfortable. All in all though good stay in a comfortable apartment.
