The communication was great with the property owner they were extremely helpful. However the property wasn’t kept in good condition. I think this property can be maintained better for guests the pots and pans were put away without being properly washed, we couldn’t find trash bags to put our trash in or dishwasher detergent to run a load, towels were worn out with bleach stains and laundry room was a bit of a mess. This is a great property if you don’t plan on cooking, and your bring your own towels. They will communicate with you and help you navigate the country to give you an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful villa with a private pool that was secluded and private for a late-night dip. Played golf a couple of times on the Nick Price-designed Punta Blanca Golf Course that was a good time. Enjoyed everything about this experience and would certainly go back to Phil's if we head back to the Dominican. The house is spacious and beautiful with just about everything you imagine. Philip was very communicative and very on point when it came to questions or concerns. The beach wasn’t as close as we expected however the house and the pool made up for everything. Beautiful experience would def go there again.

The villa was amazing. The interior design was very nice. Each bedroom with fully functional AC and a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have easy access to the balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything any guest may need. Loved the pool area, it was spacious and had more than enough patio furniture. The golf cart ride from the villa to the beach was about 3-5 minutes which was great, the beach was very private with access only to those staying on the property.. There is a 24/7 security presence in the front and back of the villa for those with any security concerns. Phillip and Junior were great with responding to any questions or concerns i had when I reached out. Overall i recommend this to everyone, i have nothing negative to say about my stay here.

If you enjoy peace and quite and close proximity to everything else this villa is for you. Just got back from a very enjoyable reunion with old friends at the villa. Junior, the caretaker is very helpful, the chef was great, but communication is limited as expected if you don’t speak Spanish. Would highly recommend and will rebook for our next trip Thanks Phil for hosting is at your property

We had a great stay! Phil was super helpful in setting up logistics before the trip, and Junior was amazing while we were there. We never had a moment's worry that wasn't addressed immediately.

First of all I want to give this property & its Owner a rating of 120%. (5☆) I do not have words to say. This property was the best over all in cleanness, up keeping inside & outside with everything functional. It felt so private & equipped with everything that we needed, except food. I have stayed in a lot of timeshare & privately owned vacation properties around the world. This was the " Best ". Thank You ! We had a 30 year reunion planned & all the guest loved the place to the extend that they want come back again next year. The best part was the Owner Phillip who was a call away, even though he was in US. His prompt response from the time we booked with a deposit, really meant a lot to make us feel comfortable that we were in good hands. Junior on the other hand who is the care taker of the property was also pretty nice with prompt response. The thing that impressed us the most was, one of our golf carts broke down. We called junior, he asked us to leave the cart there & carry on to the beach where we were going. He towed the cart, got it fixed & delivered it at the villa for charging within two hours. Pretty impressive! Like I said we were all very happy to rent this beautiful property. Felt home away from home. I own properties too & I can tell you that the owner has a personal touch in the property, which makes a huge difference.

Very spacious with great design and equipped. Backyard and pool area faces the 18th hole on the golf course. Was great for a guy trip with five bedrooms. We really enjoy the property and the golf carts are a must to see the area and enjoy the private beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Aside from a few minor issues, the home was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for the eight of us. The pool and the patio area are wonderful and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioner works great! Thanks!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation in this wonderful home. Had all of our needs covered whether we wanted to cook outside on the grill, in the large kitchen, or visit any of the local restaurants. Lots of privacy and very quiet in the neighborhood if you just want to chill and enjoy the sunshine and pool. Junior was available if we needed anything or had any questions during our stay and was there if requested. The owner was always available from the very first communication all the way up and through our vacation which was a plus to know that you always could reach him if needed. We will look forward to returning to this property on our next visit to the DR and bring more family members along next time!

Philip is one hell of a host!!! He made sure all of our needs were met. The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice. The space, the privacy, the pool, were better than we could have ever imagined. Well worth the money! I’m definitely using this rental again when I come back for my anniversary!!! Book now!!! I recommend this villa to anyone traveling with a big group. The home is spacious and perfect for everyone to have privacy. I wish the pool lights and jacuzzi worked. That was disappointing . Security is great. The use of golf cart was helpful to get to beach and restaurant. The restaurant available was a bit overpriced for the quality of food. But the staff is friendly and attentive. Phil was wonderful in being available to answer any questions or concerns. He communicated with me via text and was quick to respond. We opted for airport pickup and drop off which Phil arranged with resort company. The pickup was NOT good. Two men picked my mother , my daughter and me from airport. Neither of the men offered to assist with our bags. Two men, three women , one of which is elderly and not one of them had decency to be courteous .BIG FAIL. on the drop off we had one driver who was kind, respectful and courteous . So clearly we got unlucky with the two that picked us up on arrival. I give this property 5stars because Phil the owner is really great. Even if a couple of things were off , he paid attention and was quick to respond and help even if he wasn't in town. He has people in town that take care of his property. Highly recommend for a big family or group of friends. Outdoor space is wonderful. Enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outdoors!

I must admit this is my second time staying here and will be the only place I stay when visiting the DR. The fellas and I really enjoyed the top notch first class service we received from Phil the owner and Jr his assistant there in the DR. I highly recommend you stay here if you don't want all the all inclusive stuff. Private pool and easy access to the beach and golf course was great. Can't wait to go back!

Our vacation was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. The Villa was perfect for us. Very private location. It was clean, well appointed and all of the amenities we needed were at our fingertips. Beautiful pool, on the golf course and a golf cart ride away from the beach. Plenty of space in all of the bedrooms and each has a private full bathroom. Phil, the owner, provided everything as advertised. A major plus is you deal directly with Phil and he will custom tailor the trip to satisfy your needs. He produced a memorable trip for us. We have rented Villas many times in DR...this one is our favorite. I highly recommend this Villa, getting the car service and private chef. Looking forward to coming back next year. Michael Quinn

I would give this place a tad fewer than 5 stars, but given the choice between 4 and 5, I think it lands closer to 5. First of all it's very comfortable, by far the most comfortable villa we've rented. The furniture was comfy, there was plenty of seating (even by the pool/patio) and the beds and pillows were very good. One caveat to the comfort: as with many rentals, there is not enough light. This is especially true in the kitchen/living room/dining room. You could never read there after sundown and we couldn't even play cards. But that is the ONLY caveat to the comfort of the villa. As for the other amenities: 1. we used the private beach most days. It is the MOST beautiful part of an absolutely extraordinary beach. The people at the restaurant don't start until lunch time so we set up our own chairs each day. Once the guys from the restaurant arrived they were very attentive and happy to run a tab for us. The other sections of beach were very crowded when we were there, but this private beach was a haven. The water was clean and refreshing. 2. We went snorkeling with Hispaniola Aquatic. They were amazing. Picked us up at the villa and we had a first class, private, half-day trip. Highly recommend. 3. We had Barbara cook for us 3 nights. (Set up through Philip). She was a very good cook. The food was great. The system was clunky. She needed someone to drive her to the store and shop with her and then bring her back. Twice Junior kindly agreed to do that and once we did it, but it's at least 90 minutes out of your day. The cost was $100 plus food which seemed fair. 4. We used the cleaning service every day (organized through Philip). They did not come the first day and Junior tried to convince us that it was because it was New Year's Eve and Sunday, but it turned out Philip hadn't alerted them. I was not pleased with the runaround, but after that, they were fantastic. Very trustworthy and consistent. Well worth it. 5. The golf carts are a lot of fun and help you get around the resort, but one never worked which meant we had to always use our car. Junior did not respond for an entire day when we told him and then told us basically it wouldn't be fixed while we were there. So that wasn't great. 6. We rented our own car. It is VERY easy to drive. The roads are good and directions were very simple. The villa is about 25 minutes from the airport. 7. There is no book in the house with suggestions for eating out. That would be good to have.
