The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was one of the best, we’ve been to.

Fantastic stay in La Spezia at Rina’s house

Rina’s place is great - location close to central station and downtown. Easy access - close to attractions (Cinque Terre) Rooms are super clean and modern. Rina is a phenomenal host … goes the extra steps to make sure everything is perfect. La Spezia is a fun town to walk on Friday night - lots of family’s and food

Superb

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to both the station and shopping/restaurant area. Nice big bathroom with the best shower. It doesn’t get extremely hot or cold like most showed in Italy tend to do. The host was very friendly and kind. There is a washing machine (and detergent) which was incredibly useful especially as we were on a longer trip. Felt safe as there was a gate and main door in addition to the door to the apartment which have locks. Has everything you need, a good coffe maker, extra blankets, a selection of teas and an adorable tea pot.

Nothing! Just remember to inform the host if you need both rooms so she can get them both ready before arrival.

Great, large apartment in a great location

The apartment is really nice and very well-equipped. The location is great, very close to the central train station, all the shops and restaurants and there are two parking garages with very reasonable prices. One at the train station and a better one at the Nuovo Mondo parking garage.

Great location, clean and comfortable, highly recommended.

Great location close to cafes, restaurants and station for Cinque Terre and other sites. Clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs but as advertised. Lora was very friendly at check in. Recommend this place.

Would absolutely recommend Rina's House.

EVERYTHING you could possibly need was at Rina's House. Fully equipped kitchen, suuuuuper clean everything, coffee pod machine, a family of 5 would be very happy here. Super convenient to the train station, yet back room is still quiet, and an easy walk down to the pedestrian restaurant area. Thank you Lora for everything.

The only tricky thing was that our train was delayed by 2 hours and Lora waited for us, and as I was travelling I didn't have wifi. Maybe a system to send an sms 30 min before you arrive could be more comfortable for the host..?

No parking space You have to find public parking spot. Only 1 bathroom in the unit You have to walk upstairs. No elevator

A very nice place with friendly and caring host, but somewhat difficult to get to.

First, Google Maps/booking instructions lead to a wrong place. The right one is nearby, we had to follow host's instructions. Then, one has tu haul the luggage up to the house as the street itself is not accessible for cars.

Apartments was nice and clean. There is everything what you need - nice kitchen with all the dishes, washing machine, flat iron. There even was a coffee machine and coffee capsules. The host was friendly and recommended us some things what to do in the city.

Perfect accommodation in La Spezia

The apartment has the best location from my point of view. It’s 5-7 minutes walking from train station and close to the Center of the city. Very spacious, cosy, very clean and it has everything you need: coffee, tea, iron etc. The owner is very nice and responsive. Will you recommend the property to a friend? Yessss, to anyone visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre 👌

Great place for the cinque terre

Large and very comfortable flat, very friendly welcome, easy to check in and out, well located nearby the train station and pedestrian street to visit

2nd floor access with large suitcases it was not fun and you need to find a place around to park but it is still manageable

Nice apartment but not ideal for families as lots of steps to the property plus no parking

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The host was helpful and friendly

Property was advertised as having parking, however, this wasn't the case. We have a 4 month baby so we needed to be able to park at the property or very close to it and therefore booked this place as it was advertised with parking. However, when we got there we had a nightmare trying to find a place to park so it wasn't ideal.

Great location and great service!

Very easy communication with Lora. She met us on the street and her husband showed us where to park for free and then gave a lift back to the apartment building. Lavazza coffee machine, breakfast cereal, croissants and milk in the fridge a real plus! Allowed us to get out and earlier to Cinque Terre!
