Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a hot kettle and tea cups on check in. The location bang opposite the railway station was amazing. The room was small and the place a little dated but for the cost it was absolutely worth it. The elevator though small worked well.
Nothing to complain about.

The location was great, very close to La Spezia Centrale. It was walkable to the city center. The staff was very friendly and always made sure we were all set. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was included which was a huge plus!

Elena is very warm and helpful.
Another staff member she reminded me that I dropped my train ticket on the floor without my knowing which the ticket was very important to me.
Thanks to all.

Two minutes walking to the train station, what you need to explore the towns around.
AC not working properly room extremely hot, Elevator out of order. No free parking available (under reparations), super tight shower. Breakfast was awful.
