Excellent location, just a few steps from La Spezia Centrale train station, making it ideal for visiting Cinque Terre, and within easy walking distance of La Spezia’s historic city center. The room was nice and comfortable.
Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m., which is far too late, especially for guests planning an early start to their day. The food selection is also quite limited.

The room was very comfortable and big, very clean. Conveniently close to the train station. Chiara was very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Casa dei Treni! Chiara and Manuel were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They gave us fantastic tips and recommendations that made exploring Cinque Terre so much easier and more enjoyable.
The location was perfect, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality was exceptional. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Casa dei Treni to anyone visiting Cinque Terre! ❤️

Simple room, but perfect location for a day trip into Cinque Terra! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in the morning too which was so nice!
