Situated in Gloucester, this lovely condo for $478 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Panoramic views of Gloucester harbor AND less than 1-mile walk to Good Harbor Beach. TWO-WEEK MAXIMUM STAY | WE ARE VERY PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY | WE HAVE 2 LABS This 2BR apartment comfortably accommodates four on vacation or in town, but it’s also a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a small slice of heaven on Cape Ann during the off season. WE DO NOT RENT AS A PRIVATE EVENT VENUE. This apartment is on the second floor of our house, where we live, with our gorgeous landscape and amazing views of Gloucester's Inner Harbor. Within this apartment, there are two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and a hidden trundle bed for young children with a full bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom, off of the living area, has a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower stall. Each bedroom is ideal for couples traveling together, but the twin & trundle bed make it flexible for up to 6 people. The living room couch is extra long and comfy for sleeping but it is not a sleep-sofa. The apartment has its own separate entrance and our guests tell they feel they have a lot of privacy while staying with us, even though we share the same house. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars. The open living-dining space has a dining room table that can seat 4, flat screen TV with premium Comcast cable, WiFi, a comfy sofa with coffee table, two over-sized chairs, and a breakfast bar with stools at the kitchen counter. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven/stove, fridge with freezer, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and full set of dishes, pots & pans, flatware and many utensils. If anything is missing, just let us know. We’re right downstairs! I am Rebecca and manage this property. I live on the first floor below this apartment with my retired mother, Dot, (aka 'Gloucester Quilter') who quilts and gardens at home. One of us is always on hand to attend to any question or concern. We are very knowledgeable about how best to experience the North Shore and day trips in our region and towns across New England. This is a well furnished two bedroom apartment with an amazing view and a warm and welcoming host. It is a great spot for people traveling with pets as the landlord has a very sweet dog. It is very comfortable. A home away from home.

The rental space is on the 2nd floor of the home. The upstairs doors do not have locks on them, the house door is usually left unlocked , but a key is given to you upon request. The beds and linens are quite comfy and each bed has a beautiful handmade quilt on them.Squirrels walking on the roof wake you up at 7am. There was quite alot of dog fur in the master bedroom. You can hear talking and noise if you sleep in the master bedroom.

Beautiful property. Dot couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Rebecca was away for the weekend that we were there, but gave me Dot's phone number, we were running behind schedule and i wanted to let her know. What gracious hosts. And Dash the dog was so friendly. We really enjoyed the house. Is was set up perfectly and had everything you could have needed. And I needed an iron and Dot told me right where to find it. We cant wait to go back.

We loved the apartment. It was clean and cozy. We loved their home and the location. It was very quiet and safe. We had our own entrance. The owners were lovely. Their dog was also a treat.

We were in town for my son's wedding, and the apartment was very convenient to the events. The accommodations were especially comfortable, with each of the bedrooms having it's own bath, and my daughter was able to have her children in her room with her. Rebecca was helpful getting us settled, and finding toys and crayons for the kids. I wish our stay was a little longer, and that we could have enjoyed more of the lovely surroundings!

This apartment is the second floor of a home, as said in the listing. There is a private entrance, which we thought was from the outside. Not sure why, but that's what we had expected. The entrance, though, is by a staircase inside the house. The owner and her mom live on the first floor, but they close off the door into their living space so that the staircase is private. It felt a little weird at first to go into their house. But it worked out fine, and we had lots of privacy The apartment is clean, but it is a little dated. The furniture was fine, beds and linens were great, but the appliances were old showed their age. If I could change anything about the apartment it would be to replace the stove and fridge. The view of the harbor from the living room is gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable.

Thank you for sharing your home with us!! This home is absolutely beautiful! Gloucester is a perfect little town. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views were absolutely stunning!! My only comment would be to have the owner connect with us before arriving with check-in instructions. Not a big deal and once I reached out - the owner was very responsive and helpful. Great stay - totally recommend!!

Our family spent the weekend here to attend a local wedding. It was conveniently located just minutes from the wedding venue. It was great to have the space to spread out rather than being in a hotel room. We found everything we needed, and our little dog was welcomed. We enjoyed our stay!

this was a beautiful and cozy home, which I enjoy with my girlfriends for a two night stay. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and they have the most amazing handmade quilts on the beds and for sale.

We had a wonderful stay and family event at this property. The space is beautiful. The kitchen, living room, and dining room view looks out on the harbor. It is a nicely laid out area and the beds were really comfortable. The grill outside and bbq accessories were easily available and in great shape. The hosts were a pleasure to talk to and always responded quickly. We loved being able to have our dog with us! Dot and Dash made our pet completely welcome.

Fantastic location because you can drive to popular spots/groceries in 5-10 minutes and walk to the beautiful beach(Good Harbor).Host (Dot) is lovely and her quilts are all gorgeous pieces of art. The dog is quiet and friendly

Rebecca was extremely easy to communicate with: quick to response, prompt and courteous. We received the guide of things to do in Gloucester (can't beat the local's insider info :) and detailed description how to get to the property. We encountered a problem with our arrival and Rebeca was extremely accommodating to our needs. It was very refreshing and kind. We know where to stay very next time we are in Greater Boston area. Rebecca and Dot are hosts extraordinaire. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our time up on Cape Ann. The views are amazing & once you sit in the yard & gaze at the harbor, you'll want to stay forever. We enjoyed the beach, the seafood, the scenic drives, Rebecca's beautiful quilts, and so much more. This charming home is on a hill overlooking Gloucester harbor so expect to be treated to phenomenal sunsets. The property is spacious with a cute yard to enjoy the view. The space was perfect for our family of three though more could comfortably stay. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms which was nice. The beds we’re comfortable and beautifully appointed with handmade quilts sewn by the owners mom. We had everything we needed. The kitchen had the expected cookware and dishes so we could dine in one night. Though the very friendly owner has many wonderful suggestions for the best local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We came into town for a short weekend stay. Rebecca & Dot were very helpful with local recommendations, very hospitable and the property was beautiful. Amazing view of the bay too. The weather/time of year didn't allow for pool use but it did look like a great space to spend some time. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again if we were in the area!

This place is very comfortable, very cozy and has all that is needed for comfort and relaxation. The hosts, Dot and Rebecca, could not be more helpful while at the same time not being intrusive. And the view! I can't recommend the view enough. In all it was a very pleasant getaway for us which was what we looked forward to. (And I didn't even mention the fried clams and scallops and chowder the area is famous for.)

This is a very comfortable place to stay, perfect if you want a quiet spot with a harbor view and an easy walk to Good Harbor Beach. Rebecca is an excellent host—her recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were very helpful, and Dot's quilts on the beds make the rooms distinctive and beautiful.

Great living room. Great beds and bath facilities. Pool is overrated and only clean enough for your dog to swim. Cleanliness of the property (cob webs and spider webs) needs some work. Lovely owner (Dot) makes beautiful quilts.
