You should do a better background check on the owners of the homes you represent. The owner definitely misrepresented. Nothing like the photos. The inside of the home was clean but the only thing you could watch on the TV was Netfix. No TVs in the bedroom. The front yard was bare but the owner had told us he had put in new septic and we understand that. The back yard was unkept and unusable. Filthy. There was a notice that the owner was in trouble for running a hotel/motel where not permitted. We definately knew he was not supposed to rent to us. There are pictures available upon request. We will never trust renting from HomeAway again.

In side needs old furniture thru out - and what is there placed better. Less things setting around ( down size) larger TV . New drapes ( wore out looks depressing ) A. Good cleaning and a little work and could be a very nice place .
