Our family trip to Alappuzha beach.

The host Noel and his family are very cooperative and helpful. They provided us a very delicious dinner and breakfast. The private beach is really beautiful. Noel is a wonderful person and his father, mother and grandmother were always ready to fulfill our needs during our stay with them. Thanks Noel for your warm hospitality. We really wish to stay there again 🙏🙏

Nothing. They can make it better if they build a covered shover outside the stay

Amazing host!

Noel was wonderful. He took such good care of us. His family was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and cozy. It was lovely to see the ocean from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Noel even helped us the day after we stayed at his place because we had trouble finding a reliable cab. We were so thankful that he arranged it and helped us the whole time we were in Kerala. We would definitely stay here again!

The mattress was firm and I unfortunately need a slightly softer mattress, but otherwise the space was comfortable!

AC in the room. Large bathroom.

1) This homestay is not on beach.....it is 1 row behind the beach line....got misled with description. There are other homestays available in the actual beach facing side. Shower is not connected for hot water. Hot water comes only through tap for bath with bucket-mug. Visible crawling ants on stairs and in room.

Perfect beach side location to unwind from the bustle of the big cities and the Diwali frenzy.

While I did not get to stay here as it was accidentally overbooked, Noel went above and beyond to find a room a couple of doors down the road, equally as convenient and spectacularly backing onto the private beach. Noel kept in touch for the 2 days prior to our arrival to ensure our travels were safe and kept asking if we needed help with anything. His enthusiasm for helping was incredibly helpful and reassuring. We ended up catching a taxi (a supposed 3 hour drive turned 51/2 hour drive) and Noel even met us at his beach house to escort us to the one he booked for us. He took care of all our tuk tuk needs, timing for transport and advice for our next leg. As two females travelling with little experience on our own in India, he was a lifeline with great communication skills. Be prepared that there are no tuk tuks driving past - it is a little bit out of the way so a tuk tuk needed to be called/booked. It only took 5-10 mins to get into the heart of town (anywhere from 100 to 200 rupee) and the houseboat dock so it wasn't a problem at all but certainly a nice quiet escape from the prior experiences of unlimited tuk tuk offers that we assumed would still be there.

It was a shame we didn't get to stay and take him up on his offer to have his mom show us how to cook a local dish, but like a lot of travel in India (but not all!), the travel took longer than expected and ate into our allocated time for that. Noel looks to be building a one stop shop for a lot of activities in the area so I look forward to following his progress and aim to stay again next time.

My stay was a memorable experience, with the owner and their family making me feel right at home.

My stay at the homestay was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, and what made it truly special was the owner and their family. They treated us like part of their own family, taking care of us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall experience felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a welcoming and personal touch during their travels. Thank you for a remarkable stay!

My first trip to Kerala

Very well maintained and clean rooms, also very spacious, bathroom are so spacious like a room The Noel family behaviour was very friendly and they assisted me in all the activities during the stay, the food was very tasty It was like staying in a friend house not in a hotel

Amazing Location with a great Host!

The place is located at an amazing location as the beach is just out front. Balcony has a sea view and as it's not at the main beach, it's secluded and peaceful. Noel is cheerful and always ready to help, both his mom and dad will always have a smile on their faces. Noel booked all our activities and even use to give us wake us call at 5 am 😁 Overall I'll recommend the place if you are not looking for a fancy stay but a good vibe.

The difference in AC and non AC rooms should be communicated while booking on the app.

Hidden star of Kerala. Only 2 AC rooms with balcony with sea view,few steps from big and almost empty beach. Very fast internet better then 4 and 5* hotels. But the best thing is the family , with they Kerala hospitality.Noel,his mum and dad and grandma.

No fridge in room.

Genuine homestay, great room and warm hosts

The location is right next to Alleppey beach, and you can see it from the private balcony of the room. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the bathroom too. More than anything it felt like a genuine homestay thanks to the warm hospitality of Noel and his parents. Young Noel was really courteous and professional, and he helped us plan everything while we were there. The kayaking is a must btw. Definitely returning to this place, and for a longer stay.

Bloody auto drivers not honouring the agreed fee to get there. Only a few Rps more but still annoying.

We stayed there with family of 2 adults and one 8 year old kid. We enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming and helpful host family. The location is awesome. They have sufficient place for car parking. The beach is just 50 meters away. You can order food online at this location. Auto or Tempo availability is there. Else host can arrange one. The host can also provide a scooter or bike for rent. Most of the tourist places from here are within 8 to 9 km. Host arranged a 5 hours boat trip, this was really good. (with charges).

As such nothing. But it is advisable not to expect this place a luxury hotel room or stay. Outside road condition is not good.
