Located in Carroll County, this charming house for $373 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. TABLE ROCK DRIVE #35 (Sleeps 8/1650 Sq Ft) $260 per night (W$210) ON MOUNTAINTOP with amazing lake and island views! Beautiful semi secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a 3 car attached garage. Spacious driveway with plenty of parking, including trailer parking. Master bedroom features a KING BED, vaulted ceiling, large private bath with one person Jacuzzi tub, sliding glass door with access to the deck, 40-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. The second bedroom has a KING BED, 28-inch flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 32-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. This home features a spacious kitchen and dining room. The large living room features a memory foam queen sofa sleeper, vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, skylight, 48-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors in the living and dining room allow natural light and spectacular views day and night. There is a huge screened in 10x50 DECK with personal SIX-PERSON HOT TUB, ceiling fans, picnic table, and LAKE VIEW. Free WIFI access provided and cable TV are provided. Ceiling fans are located in every room. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. No pets. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies. Outstanding! The pictures do not do it justice. The most beautiful view I could imagine in the ozarks. We spent allllll of our time on the large screened in deck….coffee wrapped in a blanket and a glass of wine at sunset time. The beds are very comfortable and the place was very well kept. We had everything we needed and wanted! :)

Excellent customer service. Had 2 minor issues with the property and they were resolved within two hours. A property is only as good as those who take care of it. This property is definitely 5 stars. Well maintained with the focus on their guests’ comfort.

This place is amazing! Great view’ peaceful, very clean! Everything is beautiful! It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we came up to stay a few days and nights. We played golf at holiday island, we went downtown Eureka Springs. Just took it easy and had a great time! Perfect place to bring your family! Thank you so much!!!!

This was our 4th VRBO experience, and while they were all good this one was by far the best. The house is big, comfortable, clean, and sports a 3-car garage and a huge porch with a hot tub overlooking the river. Everything was just the way we would want it to be!

There were a few minor problems like the string lights on the back deck not working, one of the actuators that controls the jets in the hot tub was broken, the hot tub was a little cloudy and foamy, the hot tub light didn't work, and on the last day it stopped heating. I don't think it's fair to place all the blame on the owners for the hot tub. I know how finicky they can be, and if previous guests weren't doing everything just right (took the chemical dispenser out, put bath oil or salts, etc.), it could've caused problems. I should add that the property managers encouraged us to report anything not working properly and seemed eager to make repairs and/or maintenance.
The beds were comfortable and they did a pretty good job stocking items to make you feel at home. There were quite a few rules to follow with accompanying threats of being charged extra if they were not followed. However, they were all reasonable and obviously needed due to discourteous guests in the past.
My wife and I both agreed we'd like to come back and maybe bring the family or another couple. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you prefer your privacy over being right in the heart of town.

We had 4 young children and 2 adults here for our family Christmas trip and I had a hard time getting everyone to agree to leave each day because we enjoyed the house so much. We had PLENTY of room (including the enormous, ventilated master closet that fit a pack n play easily) and the location was just outside of downtown Eureka Springs and nearby all the things we'd wanted to do. The kitchen was very well-stocked and there were several board games we enjoyed plus the ping-pong table. Possibly the best part was the large back porch with gliders, a 6 top dining table, and huge hot tub....and the VIEW! You can't always be sure from a listing if the place will be a good fit but we were thrilled with how this one turned out. We had one minor issue with the hot tub but the owners had someone there within 20 minutes. and he was so pleasant and fixed the problem quickly. A big thank you from us!
