Hotel is quietly efficient in all aspects

Spacious bar and restaurant area. Good quality toiletries . Quiet. In spite of being busy.

Sehr enttäuschend

Eigentlich nichts, checkin war ok, Zimmer roch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, Heizung funktionierte nicht, abgewohntes Mobiliar.

Es gab keinen Cafe,weder in der Bar , noch im Restaurant, da die "Maschine" kaputt war, geht garnicht für ein großes Haus.Das Restaurant öffnet erst 17 30, Personal dort nicht sehr freundlich.

Wonderful. Would stay again.

So easy and relaxing! Room was wonderful, restaurant was fairly priced and easy! Shuttle to the airport was PERFECT and runs like every 20 minutes. Staff was so friendly. Just all around perfect choice.

Habitación amplia, instalaciones bien. Hay un bus que hace un recorrido por varios hoteles y luego al aeropuerto. Muy buena opción para dormir cerca del aeropuerto.

Good for short stay.

We traveled with two kids. We got a family room with reasonable size, Kids could stay happier. Staffs were very nice. Restaurant service was good. Clean.

Staff helpful and friendly.

Room was cold. No details of how to turn heating on or up. I was on 5th floor on getting to my room and there was a pair of pants in the hallway not a nice sight on arrival.

I wanted help with directions but no one answered the phone

I had a reasonable dinner there Nice waiter

It was confusing A sign said wait to be seated but the bartender came over and told me to find a seat and order at the bar.

Stay way generally okay. Bed was soooooo uncomfortable and the pillow was lumpy and horrible and only had one pillow

Well located and quiet despite being close to the airport

The location to the airport was good. The breakfast buffet was fine and it had enough of everything. The staff at the buffet was very friendly and helpful.

Neither my message via booking.com to the hotel nor my phone call was answered regarding the Hoppa shuttle service. Had to take a more expensive taxi instead.

Good airport hotel

We booked this for an overnight stay to catch an early flight the next morning. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what was needed. The location is very close to the airport and the reception staff were efficient and polite.

The lack of guaranteed parking and having to pay separate to the booking for it was something I only worked out the day we were going down. Fortunately we were ok so it did not affect our stay but I can imagine that could be a major cause for concern.

It was OK

Comfortable rooms and great staff at front desk.

It is not walking distance from kfc and McDonald’s as some of the reviews said. Our fridge did not work. They did not have a microwave so the food we took with us was wasted as it could not be reheated.

A Pleasant Stay

The twin room was comfortable and not cramped. Bathroom facilities excellent. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were varied. There was a bus to the airport at a cost of £4.50 one way … or you could purchase a return ticket for £8. The hotel was within a leisurely walk to Horley.

The breakfast menu read as if there was a choice between a Continental orFull Breakfast. There wasn’t. There was a fixed fee of approx. £16 per person regardless of whether you wanted a small or large breakfast.

Convenient location for airport and also for local town and station. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Reliable WiFi. Very good breakfast in pleasant open space. Comfortable room with good TV.

Dated but nice staff

Lovely staff. Complimentary mini bar

Cold food at buffet felt like a salad not hot plate of food. Evening meal didn’t happen as we got sick of waiting to be asked what we wanted at the table so Corbin and left.

Good overnight stop after a long flight

Staff were friendly and helpful. My girlfriend's flight landed hours before mine but they had no problem letting her check in before me, even though the reservation was in my name. Location is very convenient to the airport and yet still quiet. Excellent morning latte from the cafe in the lobby.

Exceptional

Good location for airport with the Gatwick Hoppa shuttle. Room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Very tasty and of good quality. Nice variety as well. Staff pleasant. Good value for money. Will stay there again.
