Wonderful location for early morning flight. Food good and reasonably priced. Room well serviced and meticulously clean.

Such easy access to terminal especially if you are flying EasyJet

Not a great experience, and not good value for money.

Room was large.

The room was very cold, and the heating did not come on for a very long time after being activated. I was tired and cold. No spare blankets and just a thin duvet, I had to put my coat on top of me to keep warm. Too tired to get up and put the light on to see how to call Reception :-( Breakfast was sparse, more continental than British, not a comfortable restaurant, it had more of a “cafeteria” feel. Found a mysterious small black bug crawling over the bed, squashed it and handed it to Reception in a tissue! Not what I expected from an Hotel connected to the Hilton brand,

Lovely room, great service but very hot room

The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and it’s very easy to get to departures from the hotel.

The room was very very hot, uncomfortably hot and the air con was turned off and locked. We had no window (common in hotels near airports).

Fabulous at the price

Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, huge quiet room. Modern taps in the shower caused momentary consternation, as my tiredness from my 2am arrival caused my brain not to work. It is now the top of my airport terminal stay list. Breakfast is a lovely surprize with everything hot and ready on the buffet.

So comfortable and convenient. A refreshing and replenishing stay before our onward journey.

Free upgrade to a very large corner room and complimentary prosecco for our honeymoon. Early breakfast. Comfort and soundproofing. Situated in an ideal location for check in.

Stain on couch. Slow to clear tables in dining area.

Good value and great location. Checked my bag in for an early flight and then returned to the hotel for breakfast away from the crowds

Perfect location right at the airport

Right next to Gatwick Airport. Great breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Beds were super comfortable Very spacious.

We had to switch rooms because the shower was only hot water. Something must have been broken. Staff had to actually check and then go to another room to test the shower. You could hear the people walking above. Next time I’ll book top floor. Doors don’t stay open long for people in wheelchairs.

Would stay here again when departing from Gatwick

Conveniently located at the airport. Clean, comfortable, calm and quiet.

Consigliato per chi si trova in quell’aeroporto

Camera molto comoda e pulita. Posizione eccellente proprio dentro l’aeroporto . Si trova nel terminal nord ma noi che siamo arrivati nel terminal sud l’abbiamo raggiunta in due minuti con una navetta gratuita.

Lovely, modern hotel, helpful staff, ideal location for flights

Very modern, clean, friendly staff, and connected to the North terminal, which was perfect.

No issues with hotel itself, except slightly confusing following the signs for their car park drop off point, and sat nav did not help either.

Perfect location but noisy!

Location & price - room was very nicely appointed

Noise in the bedroom from road and service area outside at very early hours. Bar area was very bright with uncomfortable chairs - wasn’t a very welcoming space.

Perfect if you have early morning flight or late arrival.

Everything! Location, spacious room which was spotless and the bed was very comfortable with large pillows too. Fluffy towels and great shower.

Better than expected!

Location was amazing! Had an early flight so it was perfect. The room was great! Really spacious and better than I thought. Breakfast was good, maybe more egg and yoghurt options!

Breakfast ends at 10, but there were no eggs left at 9.30.

We had to leave hotel fairly early and the hot cooked breakfast wasn't available so it would have been nice for the hot breakfast to start a little earlier

Hotel service very good

Location, lovely room, cleanliness, very nice staff, breakfast.

Very disappointed that I had received the wrong information when I phoned days before to check on if I could leave my luggage after checking out of my room. I arrived just before 3am on 19 April having come from another trip. I left the room at 11am thinking I could leave my luggage downstairs till around 4pm when I returned from my medical appointment which was the entire reason for staying overnight. I was then informed that I had to either take the luggage to the “left luggage “ in the airport or pay another 40 GBP to keep the room till 5pm. Being on 2 crutches, I opted to pay the hotel. The staff at the desk took my luggage back upstairs for me, for which I was very grateful because it took me a while to bring it down. Please leave a sign where people can see that luggage cannot be left and please let all staff know this. Thank you.

A good stay

The location was a God-send. Having missed my flight, I was too exhausted to return home and just having dropped in for coffee, I was able to book a room for the night prior to my rescheduled trip. The staff on the front desk and in the bar were terrific.

The lack of natural air in the rooms. But otherwise, the room was quiet and very well appointed.

Great location, very poor food.

Amazing proximity to the terminal. Modern, clean and tidy.

Noise from vents and air conditioning made it near impossible to sleep. Food (Nachos) incredibly poor quality.
