An OK hotel/riad but we will stay somewhere else next time.

Interesting architecture and unique design and theme. Convenient location. Our dinner was good.

This place has gone downhill since our last visit. The breakfast was what you might expect from a mediocre moderately priced chain hotel. The swimming pool was not functional. The staff was spotty, one individual was helpful and courteous, the other dismissive and off putting.

Okay not great but staff very nice

Staff was helpful and professional

The room assigned to us was below our expectations. It was small and unattractive- bathroom had a weird water contraption. Other hotel guests said their rooms were the opposite and comfortable and attractive. We peaked in upon checking out and other rooms were more to our liking. We were given a mediocre room.

Fantastic place close to the dessert.

Great location and place, like a little museum. Amazing food and staff.

The second bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately my sister slept in it and she is pregnant, she barely slept and told us in the morning only.

Good

The concept is kitschy and fun. You feel like you are on some exotic movie set. We stayed in the Lawrence of Arabia room. We were there for only one night but the place was nice and the staff was very kind and friendly.

It’s not exactly in the center of town. It was also a little run down. Clean but a tad old. Not sure it was worth the room rate.

very friendly staff, cleaned our car without us asking for it, nice room and bathroom

you could hear talking from the receipion in the room

location was good 5 min car ride to restaurants and attractions

Bed was uncomfortable, we did not have hot water in the morning for showers. Room definitely is over priced. we stayed in much better places for less in Morocco.

the design is nice and the stuff was really nice.

it was the most expensive place in town and was not clean at all, it felt like they forgot the maintenance.

Would definitely stay here again

Room was just as advertised…very Hollywood. Just wish we had more time to spend more than one night. Breakfast was great…served in a raised dining area. Staff were exceptional. Allowed us to leave our luggage while we toured Atlas Studios and arranged a taxi for us. After tour provided us a place to recoup and get some much needed water. Then arranged another taxi to take us to Ait Benhaddou at a very good price.

Phenomenal place with one defect

The hotel is uniquely beautiful; great staff and good food.

The only problem: the showers. Low water pressure, and little warm water. It is almost impossible to take a shower.

Good but not five stars!

Clean, good reception. We had an hamburguer with potatos that was really good. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Low water pressure in the shower. One of the masseuses was not skilled, seemed like she was not trained. The restaurant and basically the whole hotel closes at 23h. We had to pay the massages in cash. The common areas are not used in the beat way possible.
