Good location but facilities are no where near the rating.

Location

- Not clean and dishes left from guests prior to us (outside the room) took several inquiries with reception to get it removed. - Awful sewage smell in the rooms, was told someone would come and check it but never happened - we got upgraded to an ocean view room via booking.com. However no one at reception bothered to inform that there would be a beach party hosted by radisson playing loud music until 02:15….. Would rather have stayed in a “garden” room.

The sea

- too much noise with a party yesterday (Saturday) up to 2 am. - very bad sewage smell in room. - shutters not working properly and impossible to close them. We've called reception and promised technician never showed up. - housekeeping service very, very light and no towels nor bed sheet changed.

La plage (publique) en face de l’hôtel est très belle

Hôtel très sale / en mauvaise état. Pas de drap sur le lit à notre arrivée. Des poubelles a à l’abandon dans les couloirs. Des traces de main sur les murs de notre chambre. Les lits noirs de crasse…en plus, tout est l’occasion de se faire 1 euro sur votre dos.

I give a score of 7.5, the rooms are not up to 5-star standards

The good parts 1. the resort is airy, lots of nature, very beautiful pool, clean and well maintained 2 . the duration of breakfast is very long from 6.30-11, very good variety 3 very good wifi throughout the resort 4. very good staff 5 . the beach is very beautiful, the terrace from the beach is very very beautiful bed stuff 1 . we were accommodated in a bungalow, it is never 5 stars, the door to the terrace with a broken handle, the hammock you simply cannot sit in it, the fastening is not done well, the walls are quite dirty, in the shower if you take the lid off the siphon to drain the water, there was an unbearable sewer smell, the bathroom door was very swollen from the water 2. lack of a small playground for children, lack of a slide in the small pool 3. dinner too expensive €40 per person, for me one is not worth €40, the desserts were good 4. somewhat expensive prices at the bar 5. bed sheets, pillows are not 5 stars very bad

good place for surfing for family

excellent location, good for surfing. There is kid’s’ room where you may leave your kid for 3 hours for free with stuff. I like food but the same meals were different all the time (volume, what’s inside, taste). Good swimming pool area, kid’s trampoline, billiards. There is a pedestrian road near the sea between 2 cities where you can have an evening walk for coffee or to enjoy sunset. Stuff is very friendly. Good surfing school .

We lived in an apartment. After cleaning we randomly didn’t have towels, soap, water and etc. There was dark, no place to dry swimming suits. It the middle of our stay we got a coffee machine (we didn’t get if it was a mistake or we might have it from the beginning). Patio area for apartments were extremely dirty as well as an open roof floor where ideally can be excellent zone for sunbathing. No places nearby to eat or buy food except the hotel restaurant. We went to sauna and it was a nice experience. The sauna room is hot and good but no place to chill after, no drinking water (it’s necessary for sauna). So you don’t know where to relax while you’re there.

Very chilled atmosphere. Good great - menu properly thought out with plenty of options. Lovely poolside area and a focal

Perfect location - close to the village and a relaxed vibe to the place. None of this sticking beach towels at 7.00am on sun loungers malarkey. Great staff - friendly. Jimmy ‘the hat’ fingers on guitar was great too.

There was a massive crack in the patio door glazing, which looked really dodgy. Asked to move to another place, which they did. So good on them for sorting it.

Heck in was far too slow due to only having 1 computer . Numerous staff but could t do anything because only 1 can work in computer at any time . Very ineffective and difficult for the staff who were excellent but hindered by a lack of technology

Best place to stay in taghazout. Close to town but not in the hustle and bustle.

Great location close to town with an excellent beach. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are old and in need of refurbishing. They have a fresh coat of paint but are still on the shabby side.

Una maravilla enfrente del mar

Todo fantástico. El personal de recepción muy amable, tanto una chica que nos hizo un upgrade de habitación por un problema que tuvimos como Driss que hablaba español y era muy simpático. En el restaurante encantadores todos aunque tuvimos especial cariño con Abdessalam que fue maravilloso con nosotros. El chico de Yoga también muy amable y sobre todo resaltar a Mohamed, Guest PR, que era súper atento en todo y siempre pendiente de los clientes.

Que la primera noche el recepcionista de noche nos dio una habitación justo encima del motor del spa y el ruido era horrible. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación.

Un endroit calme et accueillant

Espace autour de la piscine et de la place ont fait l'objet d'une attention soignée ce qui est très agréable. La salle de sport est bien mais mériterai une réorganisation pour être plus accueillante. L'espace de CoWorking est superbe et très pratique

Le ménage d'arrivée était moyen (sol pas parfait, manquait 1 jeux de drap, les vitres étaient opaques), d'une manière générale les chambres ont besoin d'un petit relooking notamment le salon bas des maison qui est trop impersonnel. Juste un peu de couleur rendrai l'ensemble bien plus accueillant et augmenterai la perception qualitative de l'hôtel.

Trivsam vistelse med bra läge vid stranden.

Fantastiskt läge på stranden. Bra frukost- och middagsbuffé. Ett plus att man kan byta buffé mot a la carte mot en avgift. Bra att man fick en vattenflaska varje kväll.

Ganska slitet boende, hårda sängar och kuddar. Saknades glas till hela familjen, trots att vi bad om flera levererades inga. Lång väntan vid beställning av dryck vid middag och lunch trots att det var gott om serveringspersonal.

Schrecklich. Auch wenn wir die “niedrigste” Zimmerkategorie gebucht haben, erwartet man sich von einem 5 STERNE hotel, schon etwas mehr.

Unsere Zimmer gleichtem eher einem Hostel als einem 5 Sterne Hotel Nie wieder lasse ich mich von Influencern “influencen” mich für eine Unterkunft zu entscheiden

Ultimate place to relax in a hammock

The staff were amazing at the hotel and the bungalow rooms are perfect for chilling out and relaxing. The hotel is super close to the town if you want to walk in, but equally there is enough to do in the hotel if you want to keep a low profile :) Would definitely return.

Pillows could have been a little comfier.

Super séjour au Radisson blu, mention particulière au kid club

Les + : super kids club, geré par Fadoua et Leila, bravo pour l’organisation des activités sur la semaine ; l’emplacement de l’hôtel à 15min a pied du village très pratique ; le calme des bungalow

Les - : bungalow qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement ; le surf guiding pas au niveau par rapport à d’autres hôtels

Excellent hotel with a great location

Close proximity to Taghazout village easy walk along board walk, right on the beach. Excellent facilities pool, beach bar and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Lovely return visit to Taghazout Bay!

Fantastic repeat visit to the Radisson Blu Surf Village. Such a friendly welcome back and a relaxing stay right on the beach. Loved the early morning beach walks/runs and the new beach bar is a fabulous spot for sunset.

Having to leave after our 8 night stay, hopefully we can return again soon.

Tout de l'accueil au petit déjeuner tout était parfait une équipe très professionnelle et aux petits soins un petit déjeuner marocain et européen pour tous les goûts mention spéciale pour les Msemène exceptionnels et une chambre propre et soignée Nous reviendrons c'est sur Mille merci encore à toute l'équipe Driss ,Hajar, la cuisine etc... 👍👍👍 ne changez rien

Great location and great service. More attention to details should be paid

The staff, and how attentive they are, and always ready to help and make sure you feel like home. Also location is amazing. The hotel offers plenty of activities like bike renting, camel riding etc.

Cleanses, I didn’t really fell like the room was properly cleaned, especially the bedsheets. Also I think they should refresh the rooms and swimming pool.

Un petit coin de paradis qu’on voudrait garder secret

Tout ! L’emplacement, le bungalow (le sentiment d’être chez soi avec les services d’un hôtel ++++) l’offre de restauration à la carte et en demi-pension, l’aménagement de la piscine, la plage superbement aménagée avec son mobilier et sa déco superbes ! Et enfin des équipes aux petits soins du début à la fin du séjour. Hajar et Driss ! Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse et vos précieux conseils !

Generally good just a few frustrations that need to be addressed

Great location. Bungalows were great and really spacious. Staff really friendly and helpful.

There was only one restaurant open and because they offer half board to guests it did feel like you were forgotten if you ordered a la carte. We often had to wait ages for our food and a couple of times they got the order wrong. We tried to order room service one night and was only offered pizza. There is a complimentary bus to taghazout which follows a timetable but we found it hardly ever stuck to the timetable and we ended up walking instead.

Superb

A perfect family gateway! The food at the restaurant is very tasty. Bfast is a mixture of continental and Moroccan food. The resort is located within a short walking distance to Taghazout Village. There are various activities (horse-riding, camel-riding, jet-ski, banana boat etc) right in front of the resort. The biggest bonus is the amazing Royal Hammam I had at the Spa- Rosa was amazing and treats her guests with a lot of respect. She is very attentive and professional throughout the session. Thank you! Will definitely visit again and book the duplex bungalow next time.

There were no coffee/tea machine and clothes rack in our hotel room, which contradicts the list of room facilities mentioned on Booking.com. I did enquire at the reception lobby but still we were not given any during our 2N stay.

Superb

It was in a beautiful location. Khalid was so friendly and helpful and put on amazing Pilates and yoga classes. The breakfast is also great. Highly recommend!

Not enough lounges on the beach - they fill up way too quickly.
