Central location that was very quiet.

Prime location: Easy walking distance to the Römer and the historic old town center.
River access: Direct access to the Main river walk right outside the front door.
Room space: Generous square footage in the bedroom with plenty of room to unpack and move around.
Bar atmosphere: The hotel bar has a great design, lively vibe, and welcoming ambient lighting in the evening.
Bathroom configuration: The bathroom is not fully separated or walled off from the main bedroom area, compromising privacy and letting light and sound spill into the sleeping space.

The reception staff were very quick and efficient. They were always helpful and ready to assist whenever needed.
I was unfortunately shocked to find bed bugs in the room, which made the first night very uncomfortable and difficult.
