Me agradó el tamaño de la habitación y la accesibilidad para llegar

La atención de la recepcionista Eli fue mala, ya que nosotros llegamos 15 minutos antes de las tres para poder realizar el el check in y nos dijo que teníamos que esperar hasta que fueran las 3:00 sin embargo, cuando concluyó con las personas que estaban desde la mañana esperando, me acerqué para solicitarle que nos apoyara para que pudiéramos acceder a nuestra habitación, y nos dijo que se las había dado a las otras personas porque estaban desde temprano y nosotros teníamos que esperar más tiempo, para esto ya había concluido con todos los huéspedes que estaban esperando y en la recepción solo nos encontrábamos nosotros pero igual no hubo una atención hasta después y ya pasaban de las 03:00 pm su actitud fue grosera y no dejaba de ver su celular. Entiendo que pueda estar cansada, ya que la atención al cliente suele ser así pero como cliente deja un mal sabor de boca.

Great hotel if you are on the way to the airport. I stayed here twice. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast. Once we left at 5am and we had the option to grab a coffee at the cafeteria.

The location is not suitable for turisting. Make sure you grab a taxi to go anywhere. Also the internet was not functioning well. Impossible to finish writting an e mail or make a phone call.

The location is close to the bus terminal, the staff, the room and especially that the wifi was good, which is outstanding considering my experience in a few hotels I stayed in the past two weeks. Alma, the lady who prepared my food and cocktails at the restaurant was a delight. She gave me great recommendations and everything was tasty.

Nothing. I am happy with the whole experience.

Breakfast was simple but nice, location is excelent, we Uber everywhere and it wasn´t expensive. The personel where very nice.

The only real concern we had is that the rooms didn´t have any AC, but we didn´t need it that much, the weather was nice, but maybe in July it will be more necesary.

One of my employees stayed here and he said it was the worst hotel ever. I felt bad because I booked it for two and both said the SAME! we trust reviews and you lie or pay for them

The chilaquiles Breakfast was delicious. The King room very spacious & clean. The stuff very nice & attentative. Alejandro at the front desk great customer service.
