The staff and the property the way it is planned. Clean neta tidy and very good
Breakfast options and the taste... especially Indian options. The food taste for lunch and dinner was also ok ok. The portion size for what you charge is comparatively not satisfying. The Indian cuisine could be added plus. With proper Indian chefs....people cud think of staying longer

Authentic resort area with full ocean view
It seems too large and too much guests to serve sufficient service by limited man power. Staff were serving only for designated job, which was sometimes helpless for my request.

This is a wonderful place to stay. I would have appreciated some international TV channels (eg BBC news), English language films and better coffee!

The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are also high quality.
Our room was a good size and the bathroom was great and very clean.
The housekeeping staff was thorough and generous with bottled water.
We used the outdoor and indoor pool, the Kids Club, the gym, and the restaurants.
All were aesthetically pleasing and very clean; the property is very nice to walk around.
Breakfast and dinner buffets were good in their selection of local food and "western-style" foods.
Service at this hotel takes VERY LONG.
Room service - we ordered pasta/fish fingers (kids menu) and the staff would say "30-40 minutes". It always took 55-65 minutes for the simplest requests - order in advance.
Pool Service - we ordered food and drinks from the wait staff working the outdoor pool. The simplest requests (beer, canned juice, etc.) took at least 30 minutes. The wait was even longer for mixed drinks and food.
Restaurant - the staff was severely lacking in training here. The restaurant was empty, we were the first ones there, and we ordered some pasta for the kids. Somehow this order was forgotten, and after a few reminders the pasta came 1 hour late. Half of our food orders were "forgotten" - the staff doesn't write anything down. They forget your order constantly (about 50% forget rate is what we experienced over 7 days - both for breakfast and dinner) and you have to keep asking.
Additionally (probably due to local customs), the staff is very strict about what *is*, and what is *not* their job to do. i.e: my son spilled apple juice on the floor. A waitress saw this and told me "don't worry, it will be cleaned". She then proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes, looking around, not doing anything as the restaurant was empty. I got tired of waiting, grabbed my napkin and started cleaning the juice from the floor. A waiter was appalled that I would do such a thing and kept saying "maam, please get off the floor, don't clean it, we have requested for it to be cleaned". When I stopped cleaning, he did not clean it himself. I was forced to wait 15 minutes until someone from the "cleaning staff" came to mop the floor. There was zero consideration for customer experience - the staff has "boxes" of what their job entails, and if the task does not fit the "box", they don't deal with it - even to the detriment of the customer.

The location and food was acceptable
Service is surely below par and attitude of few staffs were big let down for me. Few examples:
1. Reached hotel around 3:30 PM (30 minutes after schedule check in time) however still we had to wait for more than an hour to get room. The check in staffs were more interested to attend those guests who are vocal
2. Even after paying the entire stay amount at the time of check-in, they still blocked 10K as advance payment for food and all. Never seen this trend in any other 5-stars but they did this with me. When I asked about the reason to their staff, they just said we are blocking this amount and insisted
3. Requested for tea bags through room service but housekeeping failed to deliver even after check out. The housekeeping staff told me next day morning that you had ordered around 7 AM, hence it was supplied as they sleep during this time. Never heard this type of comments from any other hotel.
4. The toilet flush was licking and even the wall of the room. Informed this to housekeeping but no action.
5. The breakfast arrangement is so time consuming. If you order anything from their live counter, expect at least 20-25 minutes. The staffs are loose in their action
6. Overall the service of the staffs in this hotel are extremely poor, needs lots of improvement

The property was beautiful. The staff were super helpful especially himanshu in the dining area.

I really appreciate the meal services provided to us whether its Breakfast, dinner or room services. Staffs are really soft and very quick to respond , infact on of the staff name Ravi Pandey , I really appreciate his service specifically.
