The host, Stefano was superb in his communication, helpfulness, and knowedge of Florence and the Tuscany region. He waited for our arrival in person, explained the details of the apartment and keys, gave us almost a half hour of information and insturction of things to do in Florence and Tuscany, some of the history, places to eat, do shopping etc. Even though he told us the house was over a 1000 years old, it is very modernized, and was very clean on our arrival. He was also very helpfull in providing information for a Taxi ride to the airport. This place had the best airconditioning of any place I have stayed in Italy.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (Italian) (4th floor American) so there are a lot of steps, and there is no elevator. The location is a mixed bag. It is close enough to the train station that we did the 15 to 20 minute walk with our suitcases. However, it is located on an Extremely busy narrow street, with a Very narrow sidewalk that does not allow 2 people to easily pass by side by side. It could have used more towels and dish rags.

very unique layout and spacious. owner is very knowledgeable and has the top restaurants identified. he has a book and map that goes over the must see sights. he was very responsive.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. The owner was very kind and very helpful - a true jewel. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the main sights. Lots of restaurants around and grocery stores.

The bathrooms were a bit awkward but you get use to it.

Everything was perfect (guest Stefano is very helpful & the flat is great) we spent a really good time in this amazing city of Firenze

Stefano greeted us upon arrival and not only showed us the apartment, he spent time telling us about the popular sites in Florence and how to get to them, along with other great travel tips. He also had a lovely cake and candy bowl, and coffee and milk for us. Very thoughtful! The location was great - easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. The apt. was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this apt. We were traveling with 6 adults, and we were all very comfortable with sufficient beds, bathrooms, and kitchen gathering space. The washing machine was another bonus!

Stefano is very friendly. When we first met him he behaved like a tourist guide - told and showed us everything important there is to see in Florence. This was very nice of him! The appartement is amazing, beautiful and huge! It is lovely designed and you will find everything you'll need - Stefano thought of everything! We definitely will return soon! Stefano is a very nice and friendly host. Assume we arrived, he came down to help us for luggages. Also he gave us a lot of information for Florence. He showed us most of sightseeing places that made me easier to organise our travelling route. And restaurants he recommended are amazing, especially a local steak house near this stay. We had a great meal there. Facilities in stay are totally fine. He provided everything, even the first day breakfast. It’s an entire apartment. My family and I enjoyed a lot to stay here since we stayed for three days. I will recommend this place for family and I will book again if I come back in future.
