Peaceful and beautiful stay.

This resort was perfect for a peaceful stay on a quiet island. Staff were great and friendly. It’s not located near bars and restaurants but you can rent a scooter and the food at the resort was delicious. The domes were gorgeous with painting supplies provided. The swimming pool was great too.

Super découverte et très belle hôtel

Nous avons aimé beaucoup de choses comme le style des chambres, l’emplacement très au calme avec un magnifique couché de soleil et les repas avec un petit plus pour les petits déjeuner. Mais nous ajouterons aussi la gentillesse du personnel surtout de la jeune femme de l’accueil mais aussi la tendresse des chiens et chats.

Could come back here - nice atmosphere

Peaceful small hotel with very friendly staff. In the night time you just hear the nature. I slept very well and deep. Nice sun sets. The swimming pool is fine. Rooms are very clean and maintained well. Very helpful staff. Hotels vegetarian food might get after while little bit "thin" for non-vegetarian, but there is a good restaurant "Coco Bay Cafe" just beside the hotel.

The beaches are not very good for swimming on the whole west side of the island, but hotel is renting scooters, you can drive to east side of the island, where you can find places to swim during the high tide. A small table and sunshade to the "cocoons" terrace would be nice.

Beautiful ocean view - reconnect with nature and recharge

I had the most amazing time at Jaiyen! It’s perfect if you are looking for a place to relax and connect with nature, a quiet place on the lovely Koh Ya Noi island to recharge. Absolutely beautiful ocean view and fantastic staff.

Everything was perfect, if I had to name one thing that could be improved are the prices for food and drinks, I totally understand that this is a hotel but compared to regular prices in Thailand for food I find it a bit extreme (double to triple the prices compared to regular Thai restaurants on the island). The food was delicious :).

Magical and cozy resort

Beautifully kept resort. It felt magical. The rooms are large and beautiful. The food was amazing. It was very cozy and relaxing. The resort offers a book fo activities you can choose from. We had an amazing excursion. The reception/dining area has little chill out spots and board games you can borrow. Very cozy.

The fitness center looked a little worse for wear with a lot of equipment rusted and broken. The beach at the front was filled with trash. Although I understand that the beach is public, it would be nice as an eco resort if they cleaned up their front of the beach. It just felt like such a shame to see so much plastic pollution right in front of the resort. Our bathroom also seemed to have a bit of a drain issue with sewage smells sometimes wafting up the drains.

It was the most peaceful trip I’ve ever been to.

It was the most peaceful trip I’ve ever been to. It was a plus that there were so many animals around. The staff and owner of the place were so kind and helpful. The nights are quiet, peaceful and safe. There are loads to see around the island too that are fun to explore and you don’t even have to spend a lot to get the most out of the island. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer than 5 days!

It exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the surrounding scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we loved how peaceful and quiet it was. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the exceptional breakfast that was served each morning. It was clear that the resort took great care in sourcing high-quality, local ingredients. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff as well. The resort is situated in a beautiful rural island, and the scenery all around us was simply amazing. It was such a treat to be able to escape from the busy tourism of the more populated areas like Phuket. Overall, I would highly recommend this eco resort to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting. We will definitely return here.

A stay I will remember forever! Most amazing 3 days!

Most insane and beautiful sunsets, the BEST food of my life, lovely animals, a gorgeous pool that faces the ocean — all so beautiful that we didn’t wanna leave and extended our trip. From the moment we arrived until the very last second we felt wholeheartedly welcome. The staff was beyond friendly and there for us whatever and whenever we needed them. The bungalows are so spacious, clean and beautiful & most of them directly face the sea. We actually planned on exploring the island more, but Jaiyen made it impossible to leave 😀 the common area was so relaxing and most of the time we were the only people there. It was also so quiet at all times and the perfect place to unwind for a few days. The B&B is more far away than others resorts, but it is one of the few hotels where you can enjoy a sunset, since all the others hotels are on the other side of the mountain. The food is all self-made and it was honestly the best curry i had in my whole life !!!

absolutely nothing and this B&B alone is reason enough to visit the island

The most beautiful spot on Koh Yao Noi ❤️ Thank you so much, Som O, for being the most varm, kind and smiling host ever. We truly loved our 5 days in this paradise. The place, the interior, the cocoon and the infinity pool is all gordious. The staff is all very kind and breakfast tasted so god, and even better was the beautiful way it was served. We also loved the cocoons, the guitar, the yoga madress, the drawing table and we had the most beautiful view from our terasse. The children especially loved all the calm and sweet animals who hang around the resort and we just hope to come back some day. Thank you for an amazing experience 🙏

What a treat! Amazing relaxing place filled with peaceful atmosphere, delicious food, and helpful staff radiating positive energy. Yak, who is in charge of activities was our local Google with great knowledge of the island ;). Great communication with Kevin and Sam O throughout. We will definitely come back.

The only thing was that we had to go home after one week!

Wonderful place to relax.

Such a lovely place! magic beach, silence and harmony. If you want to go on a spiritual ride on a beautiful island, then go to Jaiyen. They were absolute friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and we did not see it anywhere else like this. The bungalows are very comfortable, you have everything you need. It was very tidy and clean. Perfect place to relax! I hope we see us again :) Thanks for that special feeling!

Definitely not our last stay :)

We love everything about this accommodation and whole customer experience! And you can trust us, we are not so easy to be happy and satisfied. Amazing spacious room, with minimalist decoration, plenty of books and games available. Cute cats around always ready to be cuddled 🐱 Quiet area, great for working or just relaxing your soul. Manager (receptionist) Som O is really great at her job as well the rest of the staff members. Exeptional breakfast!

For further exploring you need definitely scooter or a car, not the best area for walking in the evening (dogs on the street)

It is advertised as an Eco Resort- it is far from that. There is plastic bottles scattered around and under the units. They promote bikes as a great way to get around but charged more for their hire than for the mopeds. They advertised kayak and Paddleboarding but was dismissed when we asked about them and said it was on the other side of the island. We ordered the fried egg breakfast and they were not cooked properly. We tried to get an Americano coffee but kept being brought a latte, despite it being in the menu. There are locals dogs around that bark early hours of the morning and the hotel cats that meow outside of the room, and walk all over the tables and food prep area. The space by the rooms wasn’t cleaned and rubbish and leaves left for days outside. The rooms are basic but ok, didn’t get cleaned whilst we stayed. Booked a trip for it to be cancelled on the morning so we got a taxi and left the island. You don’t need many days on the island, we found somewhere else that gave us the chance to explore the National park. I wouldn’t recommend staying, you have to have transport to get to see anything, there is no alcohol at the hotel or a shop nearby that you can buy it, you can at the bottle shop in the town. Stay on the other side of the island and have access to facilities, restaurants and activities for a lower cost and better value. The staff didn’t offer anything back to us or help get a taxi from there, despite checking out 3 nights early!

the only inconvenience is that the nice beaches and restaurants are on the other side of the island but we rented a scooter and did not matter much after all.

The Jaiyen is a wonderful place of peace and beautiful moments. We felt comfortable and cared from the beginning. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. A pleasure! We would especially like to thank Som O, who we took to our hearts with her always attentive, incredibly humble and loving nature. Even if not everything was usable, which is understandable after the pandemic or the rainy season, we can recommend the Jaiyen.

The decor of Jaiyen is incredible, so beautifully designed with incredible views. So tranquil but also has a cosy and contemporary vibe.

unfortunately it was really quiet whilst we were there and we didn’t see any other people, so there wasn’t much of a buzz. Sadly the hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym were out of order during our stay which was a shame as it was so rainy whilst we were there so it would have been good to have them available.

If you are looking for something out of the normal it's a nice place to stay for 2 or 3 days. The rooms are nice designed and comfortable.

Tropical Paradise

Stunning location right on the beach. Delicious vegetarian meals. Very comfortable and clean rooms. A deliciously refreshing pool to hop into after a hot day. They also had well maintained scooters available to rent. Koh Yao Noi is a lovely peaceful island on which to relax. Loved it.
