Buen Hotel, SIn disponibilidad de parqueadero

La cama fue bastante comoda y limpia

No tenian parqueadero, aunque fue una promesa de valor cuando se aparto, no contaban con uno disponible. toco caminar y pagar un valor alto por dejar el vehiculo unaa noche.

Good enough for a place to sleep and shower.

The room was not expensive and the hotel is in a calm neighborhood. There are a lot of small restaurants down the street. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

The breakfast and coffee wasn't great (I recommend going out for breakfast). We often did not have hot water in the evening. Our room did not have a window to the outside, only a window that shows an interior staircase.

overall it was a pleasant stay, would be excellent if fixed the TV sound and changed sheets everyday

the location, the room and bed size

this was my second stay, 1- the rate was higher than 3 months before 2- the changed sheets only every other day (new policy i was not aware) 3- the cleaning ladies ignored the sign requesting "do not disturb" hung on the doorknob 4- the TV speakers were not working well and their sound was bad. i complained several times but they never fixed the problem during our 40 days stay there

Great place good location rooftop restaurant was wonderful. Ask that they do not salt your eggs while cooking you prefere to salt the eggs to your liking at the table.

worst stay in my life I have stay at hotels at least 365 different hotel use to travel around USA

need food even machine snack or soda machine need a refrigerator bigger bed more towels did left next day and they refuse to give a re found for the days that we did not used change water brand taste like lake water

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or stay here again.

they are doing construction and remodeling from 7am - on. impossible to sleep in with the noise. Most of the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing, if you’re looking for costumer service this isn’t the place.

Frustrating because of language problems. Not the fault of the staff in any way. Booking.com is.

the people were excellent

Most people could not handle English. We could and did get by but discussing technical issues such as why does the TV keep dropping the signal (never did solve that one). They said they called a technician but I never saw one and the service didn't improve. For the last few days they booked a school to use the rest area which had a \tv that did work. SO that kiboshed that solution.

Good location. Good price

the picture on booking .com showed a nice room with large picture window. The actual room had no outside window; the window that existed was to the stairwell. There was no restaurant or bar at the hotel. There was little secuity, no safe either in the room or at the front desk. The secuity lock from inside the room didn't work. The wireless remote didn't work unless you were right beside the TV (the receiving unit was badly placed). You could not turn the TV off so at night you had to disable the entire power (room card). This doesn't make any sense.

The staff was nice! We even got another night lamp when we asked so we didn't have to deal with the cold room light. Nice view from the terrace.

The communication was weird. Even though I booked via booking, I got a text that I had to pay via a strange payment system (which I didn't do). No response after that to find out if my room was still available or not so I had to contact booking. restaurant is not open which is a shame because it has a nice rooftop. The room was a little cold-hearted in design and the lights gave the impression of being in a hospital.

Most of the staff were friendly, liked the neighborf

Our room was small and located next to a ventilation shaft to the garage. My bed was next to a window opening on to the shaft. Two twin beds in a very small room. Uncomfortable, noisy, lights all night. My friend saw bigger, more comfortable rooms with two beds during house keeping.

Don't waste your money unless it's for a overnight stay.

Easy check in

Cold showers,. Located near a bar with constant loud music. Directly in residential neighborhood with constant loud barking dogs. Driving school in same location so additional lots of noise. No space for storage. No mini fridge. Very very small rooms. Obviously fine for a overnight stay but certainly not long term.

Budget but elegant

It is a modern hotel in a leafy street. The room was compact, budget but elegant .

The window are very thin so they don't block the noise from outside. The lighting is what made the room budget in my opinion.

clean and convenient location

no curtains to have privacy, workers cleaning the facade of the building looking inside of the room. second floor doesn’t offer privacy. the windows should have privacy curtains. there is a big heavy panel to put down but you loose the light for the room. bathrooms exposed if the workers are outside working.

This was a perfectly pleasant place to stay in for a holiday in Medellín.

Nice large window, room and bathroom. Note that I explicitly confirmed with the hotel that I wanted a room with a window since it seems at many hotels (including this one), rooms without windows are normal and this often isn't made clear in the description. Sockets were actually 3-pin and not 2-pin as found elsewhere. Only about a 10 minute walk from the Parque Belen MetroPlus bus station which made it easy to get to trains to elsewhere. The rooftop bar where breakfast is served gave a wonderful view over Medellín to start the day. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hand-cooked and decent to eat though pretty basic.

Some building work was going on, though it didn't start too early. A slightly odd interaction where I was reminded about the no smoking in the rooms policy, even though I don't smoke. Some empty bottles of water I purchased elsewhere and left in the room were attributed to being taken from the room fridge despite being a different brand, which I had to explain on checking out.
