Wouldn't recommend or stay again. ATTENTION! Payment is made in cash only, which I already knew at the time of booking, but the exchange rate is established by them and does not respect the official exchange rate. Therefore, if you cannot pay in Colombian pesos, which is not an easy currency to find in exchange offices outside of Colombia, be prepared to pay more than what was contracted in the reservation. In my case it was more than 20 US dollars. Arriving tired from a trip, the airport is even 1 hour away by car and leaving tired from an intense week of work, we don't question it. Conversion of pesos, in the millions, can be a little confusing and unfortunately the hotel seems to take advantage of this. This is not the only defect of the place unfortunately. The shower is fine, but the bathroom has a bad appearance of dirt on the walls, there is no rug on the floor, not even a hand towel, and even if there were, there would be nowhere to hang it since the holder is broken. The bar of soap is cheap and melts over the sink with accumulated water since there is no soap dish either. I had a reservation for 3, but as we were only 2 guests, there only exactly 2 bath towels. Breakfast is a joke. You will have to choose only 1 sandwich option and 1 small drink option via whatsapp, at least 20 minutes in advance, as it comes from elsewhere. it arrived inside a plastic bag, in a styrofoam wrapper, with a plastic fork (no knife), a napkin literally on top of the fried egg, if you order so, and a small plastic cup covered in aluminum foil. You will no longer be able to use the yolk-stained napkin and will have to choose between eating at a single table in the middle of the reception that was often busy, or balancing everything on top of the bed. In one of the days, they also forgot one option of sandwich my sister chose, and we couldn't wait another 20/30 min as we had to leave to work.

Budget friendly stay, could be improved

You get what you pay for, The mattress was very comfortable and it was convenient to have the extra space in the room and the aircon.

We were staying in a room right next to the reception and potentially for this reason it was really noisy, we could hear every bell, every word spoken and every video/song played at night and early morning. We've had stains in the bed linen and we've found a cockroach but the staff prompty offered to clean the room.

Location is safe, near parks, and very clean.

We had to do the check-out on Sunday 04/May, and the receptionist this day just kicked us from the hotel and we were on time.

Exceptional

It was good location. Right in the heart of medillan. Staff is friendly and it's great value. Clean Small Hotel. Not pricy as well. Yes one thing. In the hallways they should put light bulbs as at night that hallways on ground floor stays very dark. But romms were good. Small fridge is there too :-)

Great stay for your money, great convenient location, quiet neighborhood, delicious breakfast!

The staff was super nice.

There was some noise from my next door guest neighbors, behind the TV there was an uncovered faceplate that allowed sound waves to travel freely to my room. Other than that, It was a great place and I would highly recommend this place.

The room was simple, the staff were nice.

The location is nice, very quiet area, 30 minutes with car from anywhere.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom, the towels were not the cleanest.

it was not bad for one night

the neighborhood was quiet and safe

my room was right next to the front desk and it was super loud! also, I couldn't pay with a credit card, just cash. And the staff was not willing to help you out. Actually one of them was not from Medellin and she didn't know where a bank was, or a drug store, anything.

It was perfect value for the price. It isn't a fancy hotel, but it was just what we needed.

It was simple, clean, fair price, strong shower, comfortable bed and a short walk to free breakfast and the convention center. It meet all of our needs very well.

Very little English spoken by staff.

There were two drawbacks: -They only accepted cash payment. - Due to an emergency I needed to make an international long distance call (I offered to pay for it) and they did not want to lend me the phone.

Extremely noisy. My headboard was literally hitting the wall when the gusts in the room next to me had sex. Noises and music from the street start at 4:00 am.

The service attitude is very good, the hotel breakfast is delivered quickly, the price is moderate, and a great accommodation experience.

Staff has a good attitude, Neighborhood,

Room without Windows so everything feels dumpy. Room next to the reception, so you could hear every words spoken outside. Breakfast can not feed the bird, so I just went first day. Neighborhood is safe but far away from the Center of the Town of Metro.
