I would stay there again the had an English server that was very helpful to us .

It was close to restaurant it’s quiet, and it’s a residential area.

The hotel has an excellent location for walking distance restaurant options,

Breakfast was reasonable, however most items will run out quickly and were not restocked unless we asked. Employees were attentive and friendly, definitely were understaffed.

Housekeeping made our beds, and take the used towels but didn’t leave any clean towels nor left extra toilet paper. This happened in both rooms we had. The room temperature was not the best. In regards to the spa, we had the full package and truly only enjoyed the pool area therapy.

Decent place to stay while visiting Medellín on a business trip

Located in the Laureles neighbourhood, the Innate Hotel gives direct access to several restaurants and bars while still being a place to rest at night. The personal is kind and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel gives good breakfast, but can also serve lunch, drinks and good dinner.

The business centre should get an update as the fitness and Jacuzzi facilities on the final floor (by the way: marvellous view!!)

restaurant staff was polite and friendly

reception staff was unfriendly and did not even try to help. asked 3 times to send invoice, even after 1 month nothing happened. some people were really good, but 2/3 just rude and unhelpful at all in everything you ask

Wonderful modern hotel

Modern and clean room with everything in working order. Bed was comfortable with nice quality sheets. Shower was strong as was the WiFi.

Breakfast options could be improved.

The quality of breakfast and the staff is exactly what i wanted. I travel to Medellin 4-6 times a year and i can trust your hotel to comfort me the way I feel at himr. Thank You.

I did not like that fact that I had to leave.

there were maintenance issues in the bathroom. the shower knob, toilet seat and toilet paper holder came off.

Promising Facilities ... Lacklustre Service.

Cleanliness and location

On final night, when i tried to order from room service, i apologised for my imoerfect Spanish but the kitchen staff just hung up the phone on me. I called reception to have them olace the food order. But after an hour it still hadnt arrived. I called reception for an answer. They said the kitchen had run out of the item i wanted (but why wasn't I informed of that straight away?) They changed the irder to another item. They still wanted tipd for the service. This was a BIG MINUS from what was otherwise a good stay. Plus, they failed to make my wake up call on the final morning. Lucky I woke up or I would have missed my flight. They just laughed and shrugged it off.

Mediocre stay

The property is very mediocre and felt old, though it was clean. The bed (2 full beds disguised as a queen) was not comfortable. The staff was mostly accommodating but not very pleasant. The location was great but we would not want to stay there more than 2 nights.

Great location and people who need a bit more training and supervision. no fitness centre.

Reception staff. breakfast buffet.

the property is very good in many ways but needs better staff training. some breakfast staff were attentive, served and cleared; others not so much. breakfast food was good and the three different omelet station people very good. dinner food was dreadful. I tried it three times and thereafter went out. No wonder it is rated poorly and often empty while others in the block have lineups. the cleaning staff need a checklist. a small gym is needed.

This place is awesome. I forgot a valuable item in my room and they were able to find it and return it to me which I'm extremely grateful for.

The hotel was amazing the first time but know is a disaster.

The bed was comfortable with good pillows and clean bedsheets; also the view was good. The location is amazing closer to restaurants and shops. The breakfast wasn't as good as I remember the last time that I was there a few years ago.

In the two rooms that I was in, the drawers of the dressers were broken, the tv, the internet, and the phone were impossible to work correctly. Also, the hallways and the room needed some maintenance.
