Excellent stay with superb swimming pool

Although several kilometers away from CBD and most attractions, very easy to move around thanks to the metro line with direct entrance to the hotel. Also Little India is a nice area with a lot of restaurants. Excellent swimming pool area with large pool and a lot of space to sit around. Moreover bar access. Rooms are very nice. Also extensive breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent specially the Indian varieties.House keeper was sincere and did a good job of cleaning everyday Location was near to all attractions

Review

The guest services was prompt and polite. The blue jasmine staff were friendly and polite. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

There isn't anything that i did not like. Probably it would be good if guests did not bring their coffee into the lifts and make a mess of the floor.

I think you should change whole in room dining and room service stuffs. As well at 5th floor must be extended until 12.

I like the property only for the location. I was there last 2 years and last time stay in November 2023 was super worst.

Location but service specially room service, in room dining is worst ever I have experience in my life

Would recommend to all and sundry and would not hesitate to stay again. Going back on the 9th to the 14th and looking fo

The staff were outstanding. Most contact with Unggi at reception. She even arranged a birthday card and slice of cake for me. Everybody was spot on at their jobs and were enjoying what they did.

Mattresses were a bit harder than we liked, but you cannot have everything😎

Value for money and a great place to stay with family.

Overall value for money, location is amazing. Mohd Yunus from the customer service is a gentlemen. He organized all the trips for me during my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel in Singapore, very close to all the restaurants and metro line.

Need to provide free shuttle services to the nearest malls.

Direct access to a metro line, pool

We were a family of four. On three out of four days we had to call first to get 4 bath towels. Unpleasant.

Good

The staff is very courteous. The location is very close to mtr Station ferrer Park which makes it easier to travel.

Had booked 2 rooms out of which one room was too small and cramped. We asked for another room but they refused.However besides that have no issues with the hotel.

Loved it, will stay here again for sure!

I didn't expect much and had been warned the neighborhood was a bit dodgy. But all that was proven wrong and I had a wonderful stay. I can't wait to return, in fact, and I will make this hotel my HQ when I am next in Singapore.

Well, since this was my first time at the property and I was coming from the train system, I had a hard time finding the hotel at first. That was not fun at all.

the room was quirky but stairs scary to descend in middle of night for toilet break..and bed settee for kids like a hard board

indian food options. buffet. excellent location. proximity to mrt station, mustafa, 7/11, starbucks.

cards were purposely de-activated even after making the payment for the day.

Location is good. MRT station is right under the hotel. View from upper floor is nice. shopping centre is one min away.

Friendly service. Always helpful and attentive. Very clean Nice amenities. Enjoyed Pool and used Landry. Room larger than expected for Singapore. Perfect location for our needs.

It was a good option for a Little India stay.

The location was great; I love staying walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Little India. And it was easy to get taxis/ubers. The room was small but comfortable.
