Nestled in Kapaa, this charming condo for $547 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Aloha~Why should you stay in our ground floor unit? Pride of Ownership Shows! We have decorated our 1300 square foot unit with high end amenities~ Our unit shows like a model. Our unit features dual master suites opposite sides of the living room. The kitchen is simply amazing and we have added everything we think you might need. Living room with new sofa and flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for four and an island breakfast area. The master bedrooms have lanais outside with sitting areas and a large grass area for the kids. Each bedroom is designed as a master suite including 2 Heavenly King beds with luxury linens. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV. There is a private outdoor eating and grass area off of the living room. We are located just a half a minute from main lobby and a half minute to pool and beach. This ground level unit is perfect if you like the indoor/outdoor feeling. Keywords: Condominium

Kauai was a beautiful island and our condo was terrific. Beautiful living space, centrally located to either visit the south shore or north shore sites. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The location was wonderful. The only thing we had an issue with that was fixed with in 3 minutes of reaching out to the AMAZING Nicole was an issue with the AC unit. If you stay and the thermostat is blinking or not registering double check all the sliding doors. If any are open the AC will not come on. Actually a really good safety feature we didn't know about. We located the door one of our folks had left ajar and instant cool air! The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms. EASY access to the beach. :D The beds are super comphy! Parking was convenient. Everything was wonderful. If you need anything at all Nicole or Sheila are there to help. Even on Christmas day! THAT is awesome! Highly recommend a visit!

The property was clean and had many amenities. We did have one problem with the washing machine and the host responded within 10 minutes and we fixed the situation.

One of the best things about our vacation was the room. Two couples shared this unit and it worked out beautifully as the two master suites were on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy. It was on ground floor and close to the parking lot and huge pool area. There’s a restaurant and spa on site as well. After driving the island all week we realized our resort was comparatively nicer then most. So glad we chose this unit - could’ve stayed on property the entire week. We even saw a turtle nest and sleeping monk seal on the gorgeous beach in front of the resort. Need I say more?

Sheila the property manager was so great to work with. We were staying for 5 weeks and wanted she helped make our stay very nice starting with the chocolates and cookies she left for us in the room. Helping us with technical difficulties we encountered. And just a great person to ask about things on the island. Thank you Sheila and Thank you Kelly for sharing your place with us again

Accessing the property was very convenient, easy and fast which we appreciated greatly after traveling 15 hours! The place was even better than pictured. We very much enjoyed our time there. Having beach and pool access was perfect! And the Safeway across the street was super convenient! The place was great for our family of 4 adults.

Our place was great, very clean and cozy. We really liked how it was centrally located to everything and the staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was that the pool closed pretty early and we would have liked to be able to use it in the evening time.

Felt like a condo on the inside, and 5 star resort on the outside. The pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and thorough communication about getting around the property. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kauai from families, to couples, or even a group of friends.

Tons of space and well appointed. Excellent location for exploring everywhere on the island. The only habited place on the island I didn’t see chickens! The bathrooms were huge, however there was some wear/tear there including cloudy shower glass doors, some moldy spots, and a cracked toilet tank lid. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful resort in central Ka’apa. There is a Safeway within short walking distance. As well as a few restaurants. Beautiful pool area, although the pool was too cold to swim in which was disappointing. Three hot tubs which one is designated for family use the other two for adults. The condo is located on ground floor with garden views not pool or ocean views. Which did allow for more privacy. We would stay here again. Owner response was quick

We enjoyed staying in unit Eeverything-103! It was clean, beautiful and just as presented. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, we cooked all our breakfasts and several dinners in the unit. The resort barbeques were clean. The beds were comfortable. The unit was large, plenty of space for 4 adults. It is a first floor unit with a green area out both bedrooms and the living room. We walked around the resort and I believe this side of the complex, buildings E & F, have more green space between the unit and the parking lot. Which in my opinion is much nicer than the back side of buildings B & C. Kelly communicated well and provided all information in a single email.

Nice property with 2 master suites located centrally on the island. Lanais on the property are small unless you select specific end units. The resort property is beautiful. Kitchen and appliances are nice, no storage baggies or plastic wrap, but there is a Safeway that people are able to walk to get food/kitchen supplies.

This resort is by far the most visually pleasing on the island. Then you walk through the door into a beautiful, fully appointed villa. Everything that was needed for our week’s stay, even down to basic seasonings, was considered ! The views out the sliding door from your bed each morning is like staring at paradise. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and there are plenty of pots, appliances and cookware to make a great meal, which we did often. The furniture is comfy in case you decide to stay indoors, but why would you when the resort has so much to offer. The boogey boards and life jacket were an excellent touch and we enjoyed them in the ocean. If I come back to Kauai, I’d certainly look to stay in Kelly’s villa again!

I would have rated this property with 10 stars if it was possible. The condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Kelly is an excellent host. She started the communication 10 days prior to our arrival, then gave a personal phone call the morning of our check in. The condo is clean, well decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards and extra beach towels were on hand for our use.. the condo is equipped with central AC which was wonderful. Many properties on the island advertise AC but only have window units so beware. The central AC in this unit is miles above the other rentals. The 2 master suites were a perfect set up for 2 couples in our group. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious. The beach is at the end of the parking lot in the complex. Very nice to walk to and from the beach. The pool in the complex is the largest and nicest of any rental we have visited. It has waterfalls, water slides and a lazy river around the pool. It was never crowded. If you rent this unit from Kelly you will not be disappointed. It will exceed your expectations.

All ways a pleasure staying at this resort. Close to our family on the island. It could of had a few more things add to room. Maybe a little ice chest and a couple of beach towels. Other then that it was a beautiful stay for our family.
