Nestled in Kapaa, this attractive house for $515 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come to Beautiful Kauai and stay in this immaculate, beautifully furnished Home in the beautiful Wailua Rise Estates. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while also being only 5 minutes from Golf, Tennis, the Beach, Resturants, and Shopping. Have your coffee on the large Screen Porch as you watch the birds and the large orange Flame Blossoms falling from the trees. Our Vacation home will welcome you with open arms upon your arrival, and evety day when you return from you day of island activities. The beds are dressed in comfortable linens and there are plenty of extras, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, etc. You will love preparing your dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or outside on the large, gas grill. Relax and enjoy the TV in the Den, or in one of the bedrooms. Our local 24/7 contact for your use while on the island is 808-635-9304, Isani Alahan. Our Kauai TVNC license is 1079. This is a Large, open family home with wonderful screened in outdoor dining area

The home was truly a home for us and the owners were responsive and AMAZINGLY friendly!!

The property does not come as depicted. It is tired and worn. It sits on a main road where the vehicle and motorcycles are whizzing by. Couldn't use the BBQ as both the primary and backup cannisters were void of fuel. The oven was filthy and the range partially works and has to be lit by hand. The owners operate a car rental business out of the property which means people show up at all hours to collect or return cars and this was not made aware to us in advance. This, in particular, made the ladies in our group very nervous.Need an engineering degree to operate the antiquated TV's. The landlady was very nice and tried her best to accommodate us but this was not what we signed up for.

This place was perfect for our family of 6 to stay at while we were in Kauai. We loved having the space to spread out a bit. Loved all the extras, like the beach equipment, and getting to know the chickens and roosters in the yard. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for eating at home and packing up a cooler for our days out. Great communication with the owners as well. We were all really happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location! Convenient to the see the entire island. It was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. The liane was our favorite gathering place. Hosts were fantastic!

Too much to say about this fabulous house!! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing! Coming back as soon as we can!! This home makes you feel so comfortable you don’t want to leave! Love the chickens and feeding and talking to them daily!

We highly recommend this rental. This was our 2nd stay. It was so nice to feel like we were back again. Love the elevation and temps here. Get lost in this area and the scenery is very photo friendly. The house has every possible thing you need. The host are very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Great tips on Restaurants too.

Nice Master bed & bath. All beds were very comfortable.
We enjoyed making breakfasts and feeding the chickens each morning. A very pretty and private backyard. We were gone most of the days and didn't use the tv etc. But enjoyed the nice neighborhood and spacious home - the chickens were vocal - but I think that's everywhere! We had everything we needed and didn't need to reach out to our host.

This was a great central location for fairly quick access to Kapaa, Poipu, and Hanalei. Enjoyed Lydgate Park for swimming and snorkeling, which was also just a short ten minute drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a convenient location, equal distance from the north and south shores where our favorite beaches are. The area is private and quiet except for the resident rooster who we grew to like. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the house and the excellent communication with the owners.

Beautiful home with gracious hosts. The home was in a nice neighborhood and not far from anything. Very clean and spacious as well. It was everything you could want in a vacation home. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Kauai. Excellent accommodations compared to any hotel.

This spacious home is in a beautiful part of Kauai, where you can disappear into the mountains and absorb the spirit of the garden island. The lanai dining area and the master shower are a special plus. Hosts were very gracious. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, bright, well appointed, comfortable, spacious home about 10 minutes up the hill from the highway below. Beautiful grounds with large backyard and lovely screened lanai. This home was a real find and served my family beautifully. The hosts are super accommodating and gracious, lovely people.

We love the neighborhood where this property is. Its 15 min or so from the main ring road but we use it as a central point to take our beach days to Hanalei, Poipu or stay on East Kauai. The home is spacious, and the neighborhood is relaxed and safe. There is no A/C but it was on the cooler side while we were there and that was fine. The beds are not very supportive so if you have an ongoing back issue as I did, beware--I ended up having to sleep on the couch.

Pleasing and relaxing week
My wife and I had a very enjoyable week here. One very positive activity for us was walking on the Ridge Trail, which is only two miles up the road. This trail is not overused, as the Sleeping Mountain Trail is, and has job-dropping vistas of beautiful tropical forests and spectacular mountains.
We walked this three times while there, and each time had intense visual pleasure.
We also enjoyed sitting on the back lanaii, watching and listening to the beautiful bird calls, as well as watching the chicken families.
When we needed to get in touch with the owners, there were immediate helpfulresponses.
Altogether, a very positive week for us.

Comfortable and relaxing home, very clean and wonderful kitchen!!! Owners are attentive to every detail!! So nice to be able to return to this home after touring on this beautiful island!!
