It's the worse 5 star hotel I've ever stayed! It's not worth the money at all! First, the receptionist gave me a wrong room. I got it changed and then the room's lock doesn't work. I got it changed again. Jesus! And the receptionist just gave me the room key without giving me any other information, like where the restaurant is, when the breakfast time is, when the password for wifi, etc. I had to ask him. In the room, it's very hard to find a plug which is behind the bed lamp. I had to remove it first. And the internet connection was bad, I needed it to do some work. The room was not cleaned the next day. In the evening, I asked the receptionist to send some people to clean it. At night, there were mosquitoes that annoyed me to fall asleep. The light switch is far away from bed, near the door. And there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. What sort of 5 star is that?! OMG I will never stay there again!

they took longer to give us our room, they were cleaning and we arrived around 21 hrs, it need to improve maintenance, the bed clothes was in bad condition

Refreshing and comfortable after the noise of the partying group died down

The room was very spacious,clean, organized and well lit and with a comfortable bed and accessories.

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff, excellent shower facilities and very nice food.

The location of the hotel was fine for our needs, close to the Zambian Immigration headquarters. The hotel offers a breakfast menu. Being English I ordered the ‘Full English’ breakfast for myself and my Zambian wife three days in a row. The food quality and quantity was good. The friendly service was excellent. I’m not sure how a local stewed vegetable made it into the recipe for an English breakfast but hey, that’s Zambia for you. My wife and I tried several different items from the evening menu during our three night stay and everything was nicely prepared, properly cooked and tasted delicious. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the outstanding things about this hotel was the shower. I’ve stayed in countless hotels during my career, some a lot more expensive than Le Elementos, but I can honestly say this was the best shower I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. You just walk into it, turn on as much pressure as you want and as hot as you like. Extremely refreshing but the big problem is you don’t want to come out. We need to return to Lusaka in three weeks’ time and we will definitely be staying here again.

It’s very hard to fault this hotel but the only ‘surprise’ I wasn’t expecting was paying extra for the tea and coffee we had with our breakfasts. If I pay for a hotel breakfast I expect fruit juice, tea and coffee to be included.
