Perfekt ställe.

Underbart hotell med fantastisk service och med bra utbud av massage. Poolen var en tillgång.

Lite för hög musik i poolområdet för min smak. Ibland svårt att föra ett samtal. Ibland var personalen vänliga och sänkte när vi frågade. Men ofta höjdes det snabbt igen. Lite för få vegetariska rätter på menyn.

Superb

Almost every thing in the hotel is running perfectly, the staff were well trained and always at your service, One of the Best I booked yet. I asked for late check out at 3:30 and the staff granted me the room for that requested time.

The downside Is the Internet is very weak and keep lagging Also I would like to mention the AC wasn't working at all..

Nice hotel for quick overnight stay.

Smart hotel with 24hour service. We had accidently booked a twin instead of a double room and we were offered a free upgrade to a double room, which was nice. We ate at the restaurant on site. Food and service was very good. Rooms were very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay while in transit. As we left early, before our free breakfast was served, we were provided with a 'take away' breakfast and this was much appreciated. The price of the room was very good for the quality of the hotel.

It was a 25 minute drive from the airport, although I am not sure if we could have got anything closer. There didn't seem to be very much close to the hotel, although we didn't go out and explore. It was on a main road but noise was not a problem. We booked a pick up from airport but never found the shuttle or taxi, and had to resort to paying for a taxi ourselves. If you book the shuttle ensure you get details where to meet the transport at the airport.

The people working there and their service is amazing. there is a huge number of different things, also local specialities, to try at the breakfast buffet.

unfortunately after the shower the whole bathroom is flooded because the water runs along the bath tube to the floor, wet socks inclusive.

Solid hotel for a short stay in Zambia

Central location Breakfast had a good variety, but not particularly to my taste Cute welcome pack including candy and insect repellant Beautiful pool that I didn't get to use

Rooms were a bit dated; lights were complicated to figure out

The perfect Hotel

Since 2015 I stay in this Hotel from time to time and seen the improvements. The staff is very friendly and helpful every time. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast with a large choice of different hot meals. Good location at Great East Road. We will come back for sure.

Conveniently located, courteous staff

There were not enough plug points in the room. Had to remove the hair dryer to charge my phone. We could charge only one at a time because there was no other point.

Great service. We had an issue with the paint smell from the renovations taking place, the GM personally took us to our new room and was sincere and apologetic which we really appreciated. Food was very good and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Great location.

Keep up the good work.

The place is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to malls. Everything was superb, with so many facilities. i.e Gym, Restaurant, Laundry service,Massage room, Swimming pool, etc. We were offered a beautiful, clean and big boardroom for our online meeting. while the internet connection was excellent. It was such a pleasure being able to run our business for the premises. Both the Hotel and the Restaurant's managers were very nice people and they were very helpful I must say.

The loud music celebrating Valentines day, I felt was unnecessary, it went on for too long, till too Late(23h00), remember some of us were not on vacation, unfortunately, i had to suspend some of the work that was meant to be done that night. i.e Day's report, studying, etc.

Visiting Zambia after 52yrs absent .

The Hotel was very clean Nd staff were very helpful and polite.

The food in the Restaurant was very poor . Of the four days I was there I only had 1 meal that was half decent.

Friendly staff who are always willing to help, who with time and good training will make this Hotel more comparable to 5

convenient location for my business travel and the staff and the trainees are always there to assist in many ways. Beginning to enjoy the pool area and the food and drinks. The service at pool area is great. The parking is very convenient too.

As a nonsmoking guest, I found that my newly found pleasure at the pool Area was compromised by my cigarette passive smoking. The choice of American music with too much references to “Niger this and that” is a bit insulting to black people, though seen as cool by other guests. There is plenty of excellent music out there to give your guests a better feel of the Zambian atmosphere. It took me a bit of time to realise I could avoid the arduous round about to get to the hotel when coming from the airport; using the underpass! Directions guidelines could have helped.

Extremely good, nothing was missing. I always feel comfortable and welcome!

Once again it was a successful stay! The staff is very very friendly, competent and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We recommend the wood-fired pizza and everything from the grill at the restaurant. The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained. The location is very good, right on the Great East Road. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and it is always a pleasure and for me the best value for a hotel in Lusaka.
