Bad

Room size was good and the staff at breakfast restaurant were very helpful.

No Internet service in the last two days. Receptionist female lady wasn't of any help.

No Parking

Good quality breakfast, there were towels and a bar of soap in the shower. Working but old and dying air conditioner.

The receptionist seemed not at all friendly to me, and did not return my 4 dx change just waving his hand at it. There were cockroaches and ants in the room.

Disappointing

Loud music was played from before 10 pm to about 1 pm. No exhaust fan in toilet. One towel for 4 guests, had to ask staff for more. When towels were provided, they were not totally dry. Exchange rate was ridiculous.

Disgusting! Cleaning is very very bad. Avoid if you look for clean spaces.

This is more like a pension. The pillow sheet was disgusting I had to use my own t-shirt to make has a pillow. The bathroom of the room was not clean.... was full of hairs of other people. The shower and the mirror we're not clean for long long time. The fridge on the room was not clean for ages. Disgusting! The lady of the reception was trying to ask me for more 35MAD then what actually was! I saw the price in € and her conversation was not correct. I ended up paying the price I should and not the price she was giving me.

Avoid at all cost!

Good location in city centre, walking distance from all sights. Good breakfast.

Staff not honoured price from booking.com, forced to overpay on site. Reception area was like Amazon storage. Our room was downgraded and not even communicated. Sockets coming out of the wall, TV not working, flies everywhere.

this place is a dive. the room was dingy with loud music outside until late. no hot water

I don’t have nothing to say that I like, the hotel in general it’s very dirty and the rooms too.

Wasn’t a good experience because it’s was dirty, the shower was broken and the worst it’s that they didn’t keep the fare from the booking reservation

It was good enough for a few days and for work only and not for tourism

I like the view from the balcony, and the calm in the room, the service was great especialy it was in ramadan and i was in rush that day and i wasn't prepare my breakfast but when i came to the hotel i found everything already prepared for me to eat, i get into a good mood after.

The only thing i didn't expect to be that bad is the shower in the bathroom it needs to fix, the headshower was brooken and i couldn't get shower untill i moved it out.

This is not a hotel, with the agreed price of cheating and getting more money, the room was with breakfast but there was no breakfast, do not return the breakfast money to me, I have to call Booking.com to return the breakfast money to me, very dirty room, Dirty bathroom, no towels, no shampoo, never set foot here,
