Positives: So much better and cleaner than staying at a hotel! It was a home away from home. And you cannot get any better with how close you are to the trams and Disneyland Resort. I loved being able to cook and do laundry. Multiple showers made bedtime so much easier for a family of four. The master bed, though a bit squeaky, was comfy. And we felt safe in the neighborhood, even walking back late at night from Disneyland park. Negatives: Garage was a tight fit for parking our SUV, but we were still glad to have a garage. The decor, while still Disney and festive, was different than pictured - it was less bright and lively and some pictures were missing entirely with some walls just having lone nails on them. And the upstairs curtains are thin and do not adequately block out the street lights outside. We knew about the curtain issue having read about it in other reviews and so we came prepared with dark sheets to cover the curtains, which worked well. Overall: We were very pleased with our stay and extremely pleased with the Funtierland company for being so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival we were extremely thrilled with how clean the property was. We had 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6) and we used the double stroller that was provided. It was a 20 minute walk to the front gates of Disney through downtown Disney. The only downside was having to cross a busy road(4 lanes) to get over near the parking garage where you access the tram and roads to downtown Disney. The tram station is also very close that we used multiple times that was perfect and dropped you in the end of downtown Disney near the gates. The property had multiple stroller options, a baby gate, fans, and lots of amenities. There are options for groceries close by and we were able to set up food deliveries with ease. We plan to 100% stay at this property again.

Great place to stay for location close to Disneyland! Very comfortable place, glad we chose to stay here!

The condo was clean and comfortable, and the host was considerate and informative. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Perfect location if you and your family are doing Disney. The property is a short walk from both theme parks and Downtown Disney. Property itself was very clean and well maintained in a nice condominium community. Would highly recommend anyone to stay in this location to experience Disneyland.

The property was great and located within a 20 minute walk to Disney. The only problem was finding the unit when checking in as it is a big complex. We had a problem with the WIFI but the host corrected it ASAP. I would recommend this to family's who are their for a Disney Vacation.

Everything was excellent and a perfect stay and location for Disney

Our stay at Funtierland was fantastic. We really enjoyed the location, the comfort and cleanliness of the property. We did not use the pool or other outdoor facilities but hope to next time. We cannot to wait to return!

The Condo was exactly as advertised and very kid friendly, it was an easy walk to Disneyland and California adventure. The pool was nice. The management responded quickly to our questions before and during our stay.
If you are considering this condo don't hesitate just do it!

The property was clean, the pool was nice, close walk to disney. Communication with the renter was great.

The pictures are misleading. They show a brightly colored and disney themed home. The bright colored furniture and disney themed condo was not anything like pictured. The remotes to all tvs were broken missing the backs and the master bedroom tv was not working at all. Contacted management twice and was told to change batteries, which did nothing. The condo was clean but older. The selling point was walking distance to Disneyland and it was a quick walk.

Booking and check-in was smooth and easy. We had plenty of communication from Funtierland prior to our arrival which was very helpful. Throughout our stay Funtierland was quick to respond to any questions we had.
The unit was exactly as described, comfortable and provided for all our needs. Disneyland is just a 10 min walk to the parking garage where the tram will take you right to the entrance. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day in the parks. We didn't swim in the pool as the weather was on the cool side. We highly recommend this unit when visiting Disneyland.

We enjoyed our Disney weekend, despite rain, because we were close enough to pop back to the rental for breaks whenever we needed.

Pros: Easy walk to Disney, clean, felt like a safe area, easy communication with property managers, three bathrooms are nice for a family,
Cons: the lights in the complex are pretty bright, which made it hard to sleep. The second bedroom is smaller than it looks in the picture, there is barely enough room to pull out the trundle bed. The air mattresses don’t stay inflated, so one person had to sleep on the couch. The designated parking spot is not near the condo.
Overall we were pretty happy with our stay, but some details (like the air mattresses) should be addressed.

The house was an easy walk to Downtown Disney with my children aged 5-12. I will agree from past reviews that curtains don’t block out street lights at night so it’s not super dark but if you’re here because you went to Disney you’ll be so tired anyways! Was a great time and would totally stay again!! Having 3 bathrooms for our family of 6 was priceless!

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with this home and Funtierland. They were great at communicating and sending all the info I would need. They were super responsive to any questions. The house was super clean and was perfect for our family. My only complaint was just that there are street lights right outside so the bedrooms were a little bright at night (we just put a blanket on the curtain rod to help us sleep). We loved how close the house was to Disney. It was super easy to use the garage and parking spaces. The kitchen had all the basics you would need.

BBQ didn't work very hot upstairs they told me they didn't have life jacket there was on in the garage. And didn't look like anything on the picture very small. Swimming pool was do far away from rooms

The condo was in a great location, though I wish the community itself has some signs to help find the garage and condo. Management company gave maps but not good references on it to help navigate.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The master mattress needs replacement, squeaked every time someone turned and no support. They advertised as beds for 7ppl, though the 2 in the living room was an inflatable bed!! That's unacceptable! The inflatable bed kept losing air in the night, horrible feeling after a long day at Disney. I did not pay so much to sleep on an inflatable bed camping style!

Have you ever see the meme’s instagram vs. reality. Yeah, we were allured by the great pictures and property advertising. Instead we sold on a property largely furnished with poor quality furniture. The kitchen was VERY minimally stocked. Most VRBO’s we’ve stayed with at least offer salt/pepper, olive oil, and perhaps a seasoning or two. The dishwasher was nearly impossible to shut and get to work. I had to get my husband to muscle the door closed to get it to run. Perhaps the most disappointing part of this rental was the air conditioner could hardly keep up. Most nights the thermometer would read 82. When we notified the staff of the failing AC, they put box fans in the windows. You read that right….box fans in the windows of all the second story bedrooms (with small children staying there). They didn’t have a colander, tongs, and a few other things I would consider “basic” amenities.
I will say the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets. Otherwise our stay was very disappointing. The property is located down a long alley. It’s a walking distance to the rentals designated parking spot. The property is allowed to have 7 individuals in the rental however you’re only allowed 6 people at the pool at a time (something that was not previously disclosed).
This has been the worst VRBO we’ve stayed at. I would recommend passing on this property.

Location, location, location! The location is great..literally across the road from Disneyland. Place was clean. Pool was fabulous. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. Any VRBO I've ever stayed has had a few spices, some cooking oil, and maybe even a few condiments. This condo literally had nothing besides salt and pepper, Literally nothing. Our family of four stayed here for 1 week. We were given 3 pool towels! We had maybe 6 towels to use (for inside the condo). And only 2 facecloths. Little older and well used.

Some elements were fine, but otherwise, I was not impressed.
Reasons to book
Location! Very close to Disneyland makes getting around easy.
Reasons not to book
Pool- not officially functioning, though I saw kids using it while we were there. It’s FREEZING (not normally heated is what I’m told) and not inviting. No chairs, tables etc.
Aesthetics- needs some updating and neighbors were not very friendly. We accidentally parked in someone’s spot and we’re blocked in and yelled at. We apologized and owned our mistake and the people were pretty unforgiving. Just trashy behavior making you feel somewhat unsafe.
Customer service- The management company is very responsive and offered to help remedy some of our disappointments, but the initial response was negated and debated unnecessarily. I understand some people rate this place 5 stars, but that doesn’t help my trying to oversee some of my shorted expectations. Everyone is different. A little more empathy can go a long way.
Recommendations for improvement
Different carpet- higher pile/cheap carpets tend to ware quickly. I would switch to a lower pile carpet or wood.
Window/sliding door replacement- the sliding door seemed on the older side. The lock mechanism was sharp as it seemed to be missing a protective covering of some sort. Attention to those small details are important when renting out.
Water heater should be looked at- it was very loud and appeared to be in need of a filter replacement. The date was 2019 (which I’m sure was only it’s production date and not indicative of when it was last replaced), though probably overdue for a change based on the sight of it.
Black out curtains needed- the street lights were very bright at night and bothersome. We have young kids that take naps during the day. I thought it was odd to have a “family like” rental without that thought in mind.
A curtain to separate the crib area from the master bedroom area - this just feels like an oversight and again not thinking about family needs when renting.
Better quality sheets and bedding for younger kids room- everything felt very worn and low quality. Having young kids in a strange new place called for us to sleep next to them some nights and it was very uncomfortable.
Touch up paint on bunk bed needed
Things done well
Decorations- the Mickey Mouse theme was great for the kids
Accessories- They offered some great vacation accessories with traveling families in mind. (Stroller etc)

I stayed at this condo with my two grown children to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday at Disneyland and California Adventure. It was clean, comfortable, and very close to Disneyland. An easy walk to Downtown Disney and both parks. The outside of the condo buildings could use some TLC. We saw that some are having the siding replaced. The interior was great.

I love that the condo was decorated with a Disney theme! It made it extra special for my grandkids. I also love that we could gather together, cook food, do laundry, swim, and just enjoy more family time. The best part was that we could walk to Disneyland!!! Owners were quick to respond with answers to questions. The condo was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
