Belinda couldn't be easier to work with! Condo is completely set up! You don't need to buy spices, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. everything is provided. When on this property would pick this place every time. Heated pool. Hot tubs private beach. 6 seater golf cart is great as well.

This condo was beautifully located for views and access to beach and pool! Stocked with literally everything (and more)! If there was something else someone would need, it would be just a quick golf cart ride to the grocery! Everything was so easy!! Our kids loved it as well! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Belinda was very quick to respond to any questions we had while staying. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We had planned to check out other nearby beaches but never did because we had the best one out front of the condo. The golf cart was fun to run over to the nearby shops. Our stay at Cady Cay was perfect and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. Belinda made sure we had everything we could ever need during our stay and we appreciated that so much. Belinda made the whole vacation amazing and is super organized and helpful! The place was so nice and stocked with all the necessities! The golf cart was so much fun and our kids wanted to move there! Love the place and the beach and pool are so much fun! Definitely would go back again!

Perfect!!!
This was the greatest rental experience ever! Belinda is wonderful! Accessible anytime you need anything but you won’t need anything! This condo is stocked better than our house! We have been renting at Sandestin for 30 years and never experienced anything like this! We will rent one of Belinda’s condos every time we come! It is even better than the pictures and descriptions!

This Condo has it all.
This was our first time to the area and we loved everything about our stay. We flew in so we stopped at Walmart to pick up toiletries and supplies, when we arrived at the condo we realized that Belinda has supplied literally everything that you could need. We will definitely stay again and have already started recommending this condo to our friends.

Out of this World
We absolutely loved this property. All the times we have stayed in Destin over the last several years we have never stayed some place like this! Mrs. Kimble is outstanding! She reached out to us right away and asked us a few questions about our stay to make sure she would have everything we needed. All the amenities she provided was astonishing. I really didn't even to need anything from home except our clothes and food we wanted. It was so nice not to have to pack all the beach chairs and other stuff. It was also so great to have the golf cart to use. The kids loved it and so did the parents because when we were ready to go eat it was so easy to jump on golf cart and go. We definitely will be back!!! Thank you Mrs, Kimble!!

This is by far the best rental I have experienced EVER. Yes the location is great and yes communication with Belinda is great, BUT let me tell you what put this at the top of my list of the many many VRBO and ABnB rentals I have booked ....
First, everything is super organized. The booking starts with a trove of information and helpful hints on remembering the codes. Then, the unit has everything labeled and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach! And I don't know about any of you, but have you ever booked a place with the intention of getting groceries to cook and then you forget that you need the simple things like salt or oil? Boom done! There were little things like oil and salt and pepper and cooking spices, which was so nice!!! And I drink a lot of coffee so what I used I replaced and creamer I used I replaced. It was nice to pay it forward so that other future guests could enjoy this a much as my family did! Absolutely recommend!!!!!!

WESTWINDS 4822 SANDESTIN!! YOU CANNOT GET ANYTHING BETTER!!
I write this review today and I could write a book about how great the owner, Belinda Kimble, and her condo are. In my personal poll, I declare this condo and owner Belinda Kimble to be the absolute best of VRBO. Belinda is the best owner I have ever worked with. She is oh so organized and wants you to have the best vacation possible. She has poured her heart and soul into her condo. She welcomes texts or calls anytime of day if there is a problem. She has people setup and ready to help. But let me tell you, there will not be a problem. She is my new BFF, and I am 70 years old. Pages and pages of information will be at your convenience before you arrive. Everything , and I do mean everything, is covered. She is the best, and there is not even a close second, Belinda, I salute you!! Now the condo. Covered parking when you arrive. Perfect location on the 15th floor with only 3 other condos on this floor. Great location with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon on the balcony. I love the balcony..so peaceful To get to this condo, you have to go through 4 security checks. Talk about secure! I really like that. KEYPAD SECURITY all over with a special KABA punch keypad to get into the condo. Plenty of room for 6 people easily. Totally equipped and supplies all over. Clean, clean, clean thanks to her great housekeepers. Really fast wifi and 3 huge flatscreen tv's. Her backsplash and artwork are amazing. Top notch linens and towels. Great remodel and it looks like brand new. 3 spacious bathrooms with 2 showers. 4 bikes and a 6 person golf cart is available to use. Large washer and dryer in the unit. Private beach in front is never crowded. What do I like the most? My BFF Belinda, the owner!! Security, security security! The unbelievable balcony and view of the Gulf. . Golf cart and bikes. Complete quiet. Everything fully stocked. High end everything. Actually, everything!!! Read all the reviews and you will understand. This place is special and is permanently put into our vacation rotation. Belinda, you have done well. You are thorough, detailed, and such a pleasure to work with. Best VRBO experience thus far
Belinda and her staff are amazing hosts! She literally thinks of everything and makes sure you have the most pleasant experience. This condo fit our group of 7 well - 4 adults, 3 kids utilized all the beds and couch. The instructions to everything you'll need are detailed and give you the sense that you're at home. The condo was comfortable, clean, and smelled pleasant the entire time - and you can tell it's very well maintained. If the golf cart has an hours/mileage tracker, we certainly contributed quite a few to its log. It was perfect for my young son who adores riding it everywhere and for grandparents who don't need to walk everywhere they go. It was the highlight of the trip. Other than one night when some of our party decided to go to Ft. Walton, our group never left the Sandestin property besides visiting the adjoining Grand Blvd area - that convenient keeps us coming back to this resort every time. Labor Day weekend is crowded everywhere, but the beach in front of Westwinds still had space for building sand castles and playing - unlike the main Sandestin beach access where the Bayside guests visit (it was stacked 6 rows deep in umbrellas). We truly appreciate all the thoughtful "little" things provided because they added up to our best VRBO experience yet. We absolutely plan to stay again in the future! Thank you!

Belinda is amazing, she made the entire experience stress free and easy! The condo was perfect for us and the décor was fantastic perfect for kids and adults who love the beach. Great Stay in Destin!
This was the perfect place for our stay in the Destin area. The location was great. The beach is right outside the building, and food and shopping are all very close by.
Belinda’s place is very clean and comfortable, and it has everything you could need. She is awesome, and I️ would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back.

My go-to place!
I admit it -- I am thoroughly spoiled by the Kimbles. I could stay somewhere else, but why? I would rather deal with a nice, intelligent owner than a company, any day. The staples are here, and it saves me a bundle to not have to buy every little kitchen sundry needed for a few days' stay. -- not to mention the relief of not having to worry about forgetting something. I am always happy to be here.

Best Vacation Ever
Our family of four (including 2 teenagers) had a fabulous time last week. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lots of places to stow away your luggage, clothing, etc. Everything was so well thought-out! I have never stayed somewhere where so much was provided. The decor is lovely. It looks just like the photos except better in person. One note - the beach chairs that you pay for are extremely uncomfortable. I highly recommend using the chairs and umbrellas provided in the room! Even a perfect size beach cooler is provided.
We had great communication with the owner and were provided with lots of information and instructions in pre-visit emails. It acutally seemed a little overwhelming, but I printed them out and referred to the info as needed - they ensured smooth sailing and no hassels!
If you want to do things in the traffic-filled area around Destin, FL, you certainly can from this property, but all the shopping and entertainment you need is a short golf-cart ride away in Sandestin. We ventured to Seaside and Destin one day, but really found the area within our resort much less stressful and absolutely beautiful.
We had a great time and hope to return in the future!

I love coming to Cady Cay. As the elevator takes me up to the penthouse floor where this unit is located, I can feel my blood pressure go down. And then stepping out on the balcony, I take a deep breath and I know everything is okay. This is what a vacation is all about. Arrive. Relax. Renew.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean with more amenities then you can possible imagine with most rental condo's. We always check first for Kimble condo's when planning a trip. I highly recommend any of their condo's in WestWinds, you will not be dissapointed.
