Located in Miramar Beach, this lovely condo for $506 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Majestic Sun! THE place to be in Destin! This is a LUXURY RESORT condominium overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The views are spectacular in this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom deluxe unit that sleeps eight comfortably. This is a very open, bright, and cheerful condo featuring 9 ft. ceilings throughout. It is recently renovated so that everything is very new, clean, and comfortable for our guests. There is fresh paint and new lighting throughout, new refrigerator, new washer/dryer, new furniture, linens, and the list goes on!! EVERTHING is very clean and extremely comfortable. There are two master suites each with their own private bath. One has a king size bed and the other has two doubles. The bedrooms are very spacious and both have HDTV. Each bedroom features new linens, draperies and décor. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet and dresser drawer space and both have private baths with tiled showers, new lighting and paint. The master bath has a double vanity. The family room is large and spacious with a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Eight can sleep comfortably and nobody is stuck with a bunk in the hall! There is a 50” flat screen LED TV. The oversized glass doors leading to the balcony are extra-large to take in the priceless view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has magnificent full-on views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach! There is a table and chairs so sit back, relax, enjoy the view, nice breeze, ocean waves and sunshine or catch a sunset as it disappears into the Gulf. The dining room table can seat your family comfortably and there’s a breakfast bar with seating for hanging out with the chef in the family. You will love the dining room chandelier that is filled with glitz and glam reflecting the light in such a beautiful way as it sends prisms around the room. Every detail has been considered, from the art on the walls down to the reflective vases that add both charm and glitter to this fabulous space. The kitchen is quite nice to cook in and boasts a full size pantry to store all your groceries. It is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, bake wear, all the utensils and small appliances needed. There is a a built in microwave, dishwasher, range and a new refrigerator that keeps everything fresh and cold. Yes, you can see the views of the Gulf from the kitchen and dining room too! The décor throughout is classy beach. The cool blue and white colors are reminiscent of the Greek Islands or a wonderful coastal cottage. You will enjoy over 2000 feet of unspoiled sugar white Gulf beaches right in front of the building. There is a beach bar tiki hut with cold drinks as well as chair, umbrella and water craft rentals. There is the Seascape 18-hole Championship Golf Course right behind the building so pack your clubs. No matter what direction you look, the views are awesome. The fitness buff will love the 8 tennis courts, pickleball courts, and on-site, state of the art fitness center. This is a resort gated community with on-site concierge services. It has an ATM in the lobby and newspaper boxes located out front. POOL! Yes the pools are truly magnificent. The pools consist of a 3200 square foot, multi-level, indoor/outdoor pool with fountains, waterfall accents, 2 hot tubs, and the prettiest landscaping around with palm trees and flowers. There is a shower area to wash off the sand when you come up from the beach. The property has nature, cycling and jogging paths. There are on-site bicycle rentals and grab a snow-cone while you’re there. There are two restaurants on the grounds and a third located just down the road that sits directly on the beach with great views. Watch the dolphins play in the mornings while you have your coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf. In the evening you will see the most beautiful sunsets. It is heavenly. You will love the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants while the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a short drive away. There is also plenty of nearby entertainment. The location on Scenic Gulf Drive is perfect. This is the best area in all of Destin and The Majestic Sun is THE PLACE TO BE. It truly is majestic. The condo was great but the condo above I assume was being renovated I guess and they hammered and moved things until wee hours of the morning therefore we got no sleep.

This property had amazing beach views! We loved having chairs for the beach, but would also appreciate it if beach towels were provided. The location was perfect with a short walk to the ocean and the kitchen was very nice. It could use some new rugs, linens, decor and bedding but it was a comfortable place to stay and we would definitely recommend!

This place was in a perfect location situated among so many things to do close by. The beach was gorgeous. The place was fine and it was pretty clean although they need to update their towels because these look like they are from the 1970s. The dining room table is a metal outdoor patio table, so it was very uncomfortable to sit at. Had to put couch cushions on chairs. It lacks in basic necessities such as Soap and salt and pepper would’ve been nice. Especially when you’re only there for a weekend. Beds were okay in comfort but very dated. Overall great location! Will be back to Majestic Sun for sure.

We had great weather during our stay and were able to enjoy the easy access to the beach across the street daily. Saw lots of dolphins in the ocean from our room and on the beach. Emerald coast beaches are our favorite - clean white sand and turquoise water!! Condo was clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. We even called Tracy at the last minute to come in a day early and she was able to accommodate our change in plans. Also close to the outlet mall and lots of other shopping.

Perfect location, right across the street from the beach, sunsets from our balcony every night! Close walk to several bars, restaurants and groceries. Owner was very helpful with check-in. Well equipped, spotless condo. Would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay! The location and view were absolutely amazing! Owners were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions. Beach access is close, and we appreciated the use of beach chairs. We have a large family so were pleased that there were luggage carts available in the lobby. Kids were impressed with the swim-through indoor/outdoor pool. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

Owners are easy to deal with, even when checking in at dinner time on a Friday night and needing some guidance. Great location! Everyone was friendly and getting in and out of the condo was a breeze. Great trip for a great price. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this condo. We love the heated indoor pool, close proximity to the beach (right across the street), and layout of the condo. They had everything needed to cook meals and feel right at home. We would definitely go back and this was our second stay at this very place. We loved it so much our first time, we had to go back the next year. Great hosts and great home!

Loved our stay. It is in a great location. This particular unit has very easy in and out access and ease of using stairs and getting to pool and beach. The unit was very nice and clean. We will stay again in the future

We stayed in this unit a few days while on our way to a final destination of Orlando. It was conveniently located across from the beach. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were roomy for our family of 4. It was surprisingly well insulated from the resort hot tub noise below the patio and neighbors above. We slept well in comfortable beds. The only negative was the smoke alarm was set off just from preheating the oven the first night so probably need more focus on cleaning the oven between guests.

Property was more beautiful in person then online , booking was a breeze and getting in contact for the hurricane was super easy . Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the cleaning . As soon as we walked in our feet were black and there was so much dirt and sand everywhere, the baseboards were super dirty especially in the bathroom .every night even after we showered we had to go wash our feet bc that’s how dirty the floor was . We even swept every day. Just needed a good Mop and scrub . However I know this isn’t the owners fault (they were super nice) it’s likely whoever they hire for cleaning .
