Nestled in Manzanita, this charming house for $690 per night is a great option for your next break. Escape to the coastal town of Manzanita and this relaxing four-bedroom home with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. You will be one house from the beach, four blocks from a golf course, and a short walk from Nehalem Bay State Park. Walk less than a mile to downtown shops along the sandy beach or through the neighborhoods on convenient pedestrian/bike roads. This 2-story home – perfect for multiple families or groups of friends – sleeps 12 guests (4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 baths). The sprawling master bedroom features a private balcony, a bonus sitting area with TV, and a pull-out couch. Also upstairs enjoy a living room that opens onto a large deck facing the ocean. The stereo accommodates your classic CDs and cassettes as well as Bluetooth. The downstairs floor has an entertainment-focused living room with an HD TV, gaming (Xbox One), and a DVD player. Premium cable comes with HBO, ESPN and more. There is a full bath are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and another room perfect for kids, with a pull-out sofa and a bunk bed. This home offers Wi-Fi, board games, and several bikes. An outdoor gas BBQ grill is also provided. For those with youngsters, we have a Pack 'n Play with mattress and bassinet as well as a stairwell gate for the second floor. We also have sand buckets, blocks and toy cars. Interaction with hosts: After you have booked your vacation, we will send additional information including an access code for the lockbox. We (Elizabeth and Patrick) do not live in Manzanita, however, feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. In addition, we also have contacts in town who are always available. We had a great time at Pelican Point. Teenagers loved their own space dowstairs. They even did some bike riding with the house bikes. Upstairs we had great views and the space was cozy. We would stay again.

Our third time staying at Pelican Point for a week was every bit as enjoyable as our previous times. Updates to a bathroom and bedroom are very nice! As usual, we found the house clean, kitchen well stocked and organized, plenty of beach towels available and great sand toys! The house is so nice and comfortable and the views of the ocean so spectacular. With the short walk to the beach, Pelican Point is a fabulous place to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

Pelican Point is a great family beach rental. Steps from the beach, bikes/toys in the garage, plenty of space for all and an eclectic vibe that made it easy to relax. The property managers were responsive and attended to the little details. Thank you!

We had four generation family vacation here, ages 5-91. It was perfect. Lots of room, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. We went to the beach, cooked seafood, and put puzzles together The house is set up so we could be all together , or we could get away for quiet time. The house was spotless, and very well stocked. Perfect!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as we expected and it provided everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy (even for some of us with older legs) 😊 and we could walk to town. Also, Oswald West hiking trail was gorgeous and within 5 miles of the house! Great experience all around!

We had a great stay with extended family for 6 days. Location is wonderful right by the dunes and beach, one mile from the grocery in Manzanita. The house is comfortable and great for both kids and adults.

Great house - especially with some very wintry weather (even for Christmas at the beach), we spent more time indoors and less time out exploring than we would have figured. The house has 3 different seating areas, so folks could spread out when the wanted to, but easily fit us when we were together. The kitchen cooked us several holiday meals, and it was nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs as well. We had an awesome time, and the hosts were great about checking in with us.

Positioned in south Manzanita, steps from the beach. Quiet, with great views from the main deck. House itself is older construction (actually a converted duplex), with a few upgrades (bathrooms, appliances) but also older furnishings, and so not sure it commands the price we paid.

This property was perfect for our get-away. It had enough space for our family and we enjoyed the location, close to the beach and the house was full of all the kitchen items we needed as well as toys for the kids and spaces to spread out.

Great location, very clean, spacious rooms, views, huge selection of toys and games for indoors and out! Great spot for families because you can put noisy kids downstairs and adults can enjoy the deck views upstairs.

This awesome house was only steps away from the dunes and the ocean. it was spotless, well designed, equipped with all the amenities you could want. Excellent place for a group of friends or family to stay. I give it a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Book early.

We could not have been happier with this property. After our first 24 hours there we were already discussing when we should rent it again next year. Great space for adults and children to spend time together but apart. Our kids had a fun time riding bikes and their skateboards on the concrete parking pad, running around on the deck, playing cornhole, and playing with bubbles. The adults had a wonderful time picking out CDs, cooking and grilling, and dragging the kids to the beach and back. An easy walk to Manzanita and a quick drive to Nehalem. We took our bigger little kids (all 5 and under) on some very friendly and well-maintained bike paths a couple of days in a row. The beaches nearby and the beach that is half a block away are all easy to spend an entire day on. Two kitchens may seem excessive, but it was great to have our kids eat breakfast and watch cartoons downstairs while adults slept in or cooked a far superior breakfast upstairs. The home is mostly well-maintained (a little regular wear and tear in places, I'm sure because it is a popular rental) and easy to be comfortable in. The owner is incredibly responsive and is someone I would be happy to rent from again. Given that we are in "quarantine times" I was pleased to see that the house cleaner who arrived as we were checking out was ready with a mask and disinfectant. Great space, great access to everything you want to enjoy in and around Manzanita, great owner, and a place I would hope to return to. Oh! And the little soaps that they talk about and their property listing? So. Charming.

It is a nice family house

We enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated our family and friends very well. We liked the option of the two kitchens but ended up only using the one upstairs. The access to the beach was amazing and the location felt very private. We spent a lot of time on the deck and enjoying the owners CD collection :') My husband felt like he had his own personal jukebox.
