Situated in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for $2,214 per night is a great option for your next trip. This property is available for 4 night minimum rentals for the summer of 2024! (Applicable to new reservations only) New ownership brought a complete facelift to 1107 Ariola Drive with numerous improvements including a catwalk, three new bedrooms, all updated bathrooms, brand new designer kitchen, and all new furnishings! The front entry of the home opens to a beautiful staircase and a spacious living room with luxury vinyl floors and lots of natural lighting. Enjoy beach views and easy access to the spacious deck from the living room. The open kitchen/dining area, which seats up to 16 people, is located between the kitchen and living area making it great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living area. There are two bedrooms located on the main level. One bedroom has two sets of triple layered twin over twin over twin bunk beds with a TV. The other bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity located in the hall between the two bedrooms that also services the living area. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king bed, TV and private balcony. The spacious master bath has a large wet shower with a freestanding tub and double vanity. Off the staircase is a brand new suspended catwalk spanning the length of the living room which provides access to two new bedrooms that share a jack/jill bathroom with fully tiled shower and double vanity. The 1st bedroom is a twin over twin bunk room and the 2nd bedroom will be a private king bedroom with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs features two new bedrooms each sharing a common bath. Bedroom 1 is a private king bedroom with access to outside and bedroom 2 will feature two sets of Twin over queen bunk beds sleeping 6 comfortably. Downstairs also features a large laundry room with an additional refrigerator for additional food and drink storage. Outside provides a brand new extended paver driveway to allow access and parking for many vehicles. All new decks, railings, staircases and a fresh coat of exterior paint, this property Shines! We had a large family Thanksgiving gathering and this home was perfect. There was room for all and more than enough bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy too cook large meals.The location was perfect - directly across from the trail to the beach but also close to restaurants and activities.There are numerous outdoor tables, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs located on the large wrap around deck for sipping morning coffee or evening wine.Home was clean and beautifully renovated. Highly recommend.

Main & upstairs was nice. However, the room with 6 bunk beds was not for adults. Downstairs was ok, but lacked closet space as king room had no closet. The space with ping-pong table was actually the workman's storage and very dirty. The bedrooms need trashcans. No lamps in family room, nor any outlets for lamps. The room echoed badly because it needs rug, etc to absorb noise. We felt the house was not quite ready for rental.

Very spacious home with a great view of the ocean between the two home in front of the house, easy to navigate to and from the many attractions in Pensacola, deck around the home needs a op me work as there are a few rotten boards but no big deal. Pool was awesome, but need some extra propane on hand for the grill, we ran out after grilling two meals. All the rooms were clean and neatly arranged. Thank you for the great stay.

Our family had a great time at this perfect location. Sidewalk to beach across the street and Lazy Days umbrella/chair rental made the days spent on the beach more than wonderful. When we were done with the beach the pool was refreshing. Close to restaurants and shopping and plenty of areas to go for a jog or a bike ride. The property management company was so easy to work with. The deck around the house was showing some age, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 6 adults.

We enjoyed our week on Pensacola Beach very much! This house had great access to the beach with a short walk across the street. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas very much! There was plenty of room for lounging in the living area for our group of 10... nice big dining table, too! Lots of pantry storage and comfy beds! No bathtub on main level for kids though. Would definitely stay here again if there is outside lighting added to the stairs and grilling areas.

We loved the location and the beach The house was in need of some repairs. Especially the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean was flaking off and caused some splinters. The stairwell was rickety (handrail)and needed more lighting to be safe. Also the lower level smelled musty and furniture was grungy. The indoor space was really great with great TV s in every room. We did not realize the pool was not heated which was a disappointment too.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children, with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The Gulf view from the balcony was great and a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning while listening to the surf. Even though it was incredibly windy and the ocean water was closed to swimmers due to rough surf and rip currents, we still had a great stay! It was still sunny and the kids had a blast in the pool! The house was clean, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The property management company, Paradise Beach Homes, was very responsive when we contacted them about cleaning the pool because a ton of sand blew into it overnight. They were also so kind when I forgot some of my belongings in one of the bathrooms. I emailed them to ask if anyone had found them. The cleaning crew did find them and the rental office staff shipped them to me.

This pet-friendly place was perfect. A 1-2 minute walk to the beach, private pool, very spacious house and a stocked kitchen made this place ideal for our group. There were 3 families (6 adults, five kids and a dog) in our group and we had plenty of space and plenty of fun. I brought extra kitchen items just in case so we wouldn't be out of luck when it came to cooking, but I definitely didn't need to. They have baking sheets, frying pans, pots, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, a Keurig and a drip coffee machine (with filters), a blender, and a toaster. The only thing I noticed that was missing was hot pads for pulling stuff out of the oven. We ended up just using the dish towels for that. The pool was perfect and grill was functioning. As some previous reviews have stated, the deck could use some work, it's chipping and there are rusty nails and some that stick out. We just made sure the kids had shoes on if they went on the deck. The garage/basement had a bit of an odor but nothing unbearable. We kept the garage door open to the pool the whole time so it aired out quickly. There is also a beach tent to use, which was great! Our group brought a few blow-up pool floats and noodles and we left them there for the next crew! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication with the management company was great. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and ready by promised time. The garage does have a funky smell, but it's closed more often in the winter months. The bunk bedroom being off the master is funky but we worked it out. A real door between master bath and bedroom vs a shower curtain may be better. We had two minor issues (dishwasher not working and frozen ice maker) and the staff was extremely responsive. Both were resolved same day as the call. Overall a great house for a big group. Huge living space and plenty of seating. Fantastic location. Would go back to this particular home.

I don't like the fact that check out time is 10 am however check in time is stated as 5 pm but that is not guaranteed.

Absolutely LOVE this house! This is our second time to stay in this house in the past 8 years. Great location for access to the beach. The pool is perfect for coming back after a day at the beach. The house is set up perfectly for families with kids. We loved hanging out in the evenings in the garage area playing ping pong and watching kids in pool. The location was great and at first glance, so was the house. The outdoor furniture was nice and so was the pool, which was clean. But the problems: most of the inside doors did not close properly, the house was unlocked downstairs when we arrived, there was no way to securely lock the house as the garage doors could be opened by hand and the downstairs door did not lock, the deck lights were only slight at best, the floors were filthy-there was sand and the corners were full of grime, a lot of the dishes were also dirty and had to be washed before using, the dishwasher was non-functioning and we killed about 30 roaches in the kitchen, the bedrooms had only slight shading from the sun.

We stayed at 1107 Ariola in June 2019. We had a wonderful stay-You can’t beat the location of this property! The property is well maintained and updated. We had a total of 9 in our group-5 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of storage. The upstairs bunk room shares the bathroom with the master suite and the only access is through the master suite. Outside deck seating was plentiful. Pool was a great size for our group. The downstairs garage area has the laundry and an extra refrigerator which is perfect for storing extra ice and drinks. The only comment I have is that we couldn’t open the garage door coming in from the driveway. It would have been nice to have open for easier entry when coming in from the beach. Outdoor solar lighting on the stairs would be helpful as others have noted. Overall a very nice property for a group up to about 10.

We stayed at 1107 Ariola in 2016, and decided to book the property again this year. Found that a lot of things had changed. The pool filter was not working right, and the auto-fill was pouring sand into the pool. The large upper level deck is in bad shape with many boards feeling loose as you walk on them. Inside the house, the furniture was showing lots of wear and tear as well. It's sad how guests can't be trusted to take care of a property anymore. When you combine that with the odd 4th bedroom which is really a bunkroom that is part of the master, the value is just not there. This was once a good rental, but we won't be back as there are other newer properties in better shape all around.

Because of hurricane Michael, our house close to Panama city had no power and we needed a last minute place to stay. I called on a friday to get a house for Saturday! Mona was wonderful, she explained the booking process and expedited our reservation to ensure we had a house to stay in. The house itself is excellent location...literally on the beach in less than a minute. The house was big, but definitely full of unfinished edges and cheap workmanship. The bunk room off the master bath is odd. However, I would still recommend this house for families and those wanting to be very close to the beach.
