Located in Pensacola Beach, this attractive house for $1,941 per night is a great choice for your next trip. ** New update to Pensacola Beach's most requested home - a 7th bedroom has been added upstairs with two queen beds - Gulf Front facing bedroom with access to the upstairs deck ** 2024 Summer reservations require a 7 night stay either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday dependent upon the calendar! This great beach vacation home sells out in Peak/Holiday seasons, get your preferred dates secured! Welcome to one of Pensacola Beach's most luxurious vacation home. This is the second custom home built by this builder and both properties are exceptional. This 4000 square foot home has had record breaking success for the completed seasons its been available. If you are looking for a top of the line vacation rental - this is the house for you! The first floor of this home has an open floor plan with a huge living room, dining room, and large kitchen. This home gives an incredible first impression as you walk in the front door! It is impeccably decorated in colors that compliment the natural surroundings of the gulf coast! You will feel as though you have stepped in to a magazine cover! The living room is divided in to two seating areas. The first area has an extra large sectional that provides viewing for the flat screen.The second grouping is a conversation area which is a perfect place to play board games, sit and chat, or read a book. The kitchen is an absolute chefs dream! It has all viking appliances which include a large gas stove with 8 burners as well as a free standing ice maker. It also comes equipped with all of your basic kitchen needs.If you are a "foodee" this kitchen will not disappoint! The first floor of the home also has two beautifully decorated master suites. Each of them have a king bed, an attached bathroom, as well as a large flat screen. A large laundry room and half bath are also on the first floor of the home. The second floor of the home is just as amazing as the first!The views from this level are incredible and can be enjoyed from the vast amount of deck space facing the gulf. This floor also has a large living area that is a perfect get away for teens or even a full second family! In this room you will find plenty of seating, a separate table for four, and a huge wet bar area with a full size fridge, ice maker, and microwave! In this area we have added the 7th bedroom which has two queen beds, but kept the living area and kitchenette. The second floor also has four other bedrooms each with an attached bathroom and a large flat screen. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other two have two queens each. The fourth bedroom upstairs is perfect for the kids and boast 4 custom made queen sized bunk beds! This room is definitely a favorite! The exterior of the home features large amounts of deck space along with a beautiful in ground pool. (The pool can be heated upon request at the rate of $75/day. ) This outside area has lots of space for hanging out as well as a sandy area that is perfect for corn hole or for kids to play in the sand. This space is also the grill area as guest can enjoy the large gas unit to barbecue! This home also has an elevator that will take you from the bottom floor to both top living levels. We do charge an elevator fee ($150 )to unlock the unit. This is to prevent the elevator from being used as "entertainment" and due to the extremely high cost of elevator maintenance and repair. Note: No fee if needed for handicap or elderly. We do not allow large parties or events that include outside guest without management approval. Events such as wedding receptions and re-unions are allowed but require an event fee of $1200. Our event and wedding seasons are anywhere from Mid August to Mid November in the fall and Mid April to Mid May in the spring. Summer schedule is Saturday to Saturday with some exceptions being Blue Angels week and Memorial Week. The demand for "Beach Elite" will be strong, so it is suggested to book well in advance to lock down your dates for the summer. Booking now all dates through 2024! This unit is well loved by guests. Reserve your preferred dates, this property sells out in peak seasons and Holidays!

We had a family group of 23 here in May 2023. Great spot, well laid out house for large groups, attentive staff, new furniture and well equipped kitchen. The pool is perfect for small children with a larger shallow end. The house now has houses next to it on either side and across the street unlike what the photos show but you still definitely can see the ocean from the porches. We would love to come back here sometime!!

10 Moms and 9 teens, young adults for Spring Break. Perfect house for large group! Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Amazing kitchen. Pool was great. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows! We loved renting the golf cart, we just didn’t use it as much as we should have-but that was our fault! Easy, fast access to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking-we had three full size trucks and three cars, and still had room. Great communication with rental company via text, answered quickly.
Only suggestion is to grab ice on your way in, unless you want to have to go right back out to get it! The ice makers can’t keep up with a big group. There was none there when we got there, not a big deal, just a very minor inconvenience.

My Husband and I along with my 5 siblings and their spouses which included my disabled brother in a wheel chair as well as our 86 year old Dad...we had an absolute blast...it was the perfect gathering place. It was perfect for games, singing, dancing, cooking, baking, pool time, beach time and privacy when needed. We had a blast...we'd come back again and again. The company accommodated us in every way possible...quickly answered tons of questions, early check in and superb communication. Definitely an experience for our family's history books. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. Mattresses need to be replaced. Upstairs bedrooms get hot if doors are closed for privacy. Living room chairs are comfy but could use a deep cleaning. The sofa should be replaced. Kitchen was good sized and came equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool.

I took my whole family on a vacation here, and we all had a great time! The pool was great, and the elevator was really helpful for getting our luggage in and out. Couldn't be a better location.

There are 4 outdoor balconies (2 front, 2 back though the back balconies aren't furnished currently); there's the pool and pool deck. On the first floor there's a square table that seats 12 and had space to squeeze in 3 extra chairs when needed. The 3 refrigerators (1 upstairs and one in laundry room) and 3 ovens and huge island accommodate all sorts of group cooking. We didn't even use the 2nd floor kitchenette (except its fridge).
Upstairs 2 of the 4 bathrooms are not attached directly to a bedroom, so this alleviated concerns we had that some guests might have hassles to access a bathroom.
The property management company was very responsive to all questions and needs.
The beach is just across the street and the water is visible from multiple areas off the front of the house (these 2 balconies span the front of the house and both are furnished). The bright blue color of the water can't be beat!
The only possible negative to the house is the fact that another home is being built on one side of it. It appears to be about half-way done at this point (roof trusses put on while we were visiting), so that won't be an issue for too long. The house has good soundproofing, and construction during the weekdays wasn't a problem from inside. (Not a problem outside either but audible.)

Perfect House for a Family Getaway
From start to finish the management company was on top of every question I had. Very easy to communicate with. We traveled from California for a family get together and what a great time we had. The kids loved the heated pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great view of the Gulf. Next year we will be back in the Summer to enjoy the Gulf and Beaches. On Tuesday there was a gas line leak and we didn't have hot water almost all day Tuesday or by Wednesday when we were checking out. I know that wasn't owners fault but very frustrating when we were paying a lot for this property. There is a large house that has been built across the street that does block some of the ocean view and that isn't shown in on line pictures. Still a pretty view though from second floor.

Very spacious and roomy for all. We were supposed to be 16 adults and 2 toddlers but we were 14. Accommodated us very well. Kitchen is roomy and equipped with great appliances, however lacking in cooking vessels and good knives. Being across from the beach was not a problem.

Home is very nice and well equipped. Beach is located across the street and is awesome. We had some issues trying to heat the pool, but it worked out. Would suggest that the pics that showed a view of the beach get updated.... there are now very large homes constructed directly across the street and block the views. So, that was the only disappointment for us. All in all, a great vacation home for a large group!

Family and wedding
We rented this house for my son's wedding so bride and grooms family would have somewhere to stay while attending the wedding. It was perfect! It had everything we needed and the beach was right there for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was fabulous. We cooked and fed twenty plus people for three days without tripping over each other. The pool and back yard was refreshing and relaxing at the end of long days. I would definitely recommend this house for any large family for vacations or reunions.

Awesome for our Son's Wedding
Everything was fantastic and all of the living spaces allowed for everyone to do what they wanted without feeling cramped. The property manager was there when we checked in and was helpful in making sure everything was ready. All of the wedding party stayed at the house and it was very comfortable for all. We had a reception after the wedding and there was plenty of room for tables and food under the house and everyone could enjoy the decks and views from all levels. It was incredible. This property felt like home and all of the guests commented on how beautiful the property was. We needed the elevator and it worked well and allowed everyone to enjoy the entire house. Thanks for the memories.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
We rented this property for a family reunion week and every expectation has been exceeded. We have 22 - all adults- and there was more than enough room for all. The house is stunning-the pictures actually don't do it justice! It is beautifully appointed with top of the line linens, Viking appliances, beautiful furniture - casual but elegant! They thought of everything. The kitchens (plural) have everything you need to make gourmet meals. The private pool is shallow enough to sit and relax in the water on one side and long enough to do laps if you want. I really can't say enough about this beautiful property. It's only a short walk to the beautiful beach, with lovely views from almost every room. It is going to be difficult to get me out of here- don't be surprised if you find me hiding somewhere. Thank you for helping us have an unforgettable 4th!
