Room was a little old and outdated but the price per night made up for it.

Directly outside the hotel entrance is a coffee shop, a bit expensive. Next to the coffee shop is a general store open until 12:00 AM. It was very helpful to pick up a MUCH needed item that made for a delightful evening. Ala Wai boat harbor has a few restaurants.

Parking was a bit expensive. But it’s the “beach prices”. So book parking with the hotel if you know you will need parking. And the hotel attendant will also take off days you don’t park there.

The best, the location and the views. Establishment with good facilities and service.

The room needs a renovation, especially the bathroom, terrace furniture and sofa bed quite deteriorated. The size of the room is enough for 2 people, small for 3 or 4 people.
