Great hotel in a good location!

Jerome (concierge) was very friendly and inviting and even taught me some Swiss German. ;-) The location is great and directly across from Interlaken West, so a good launching point for day trips. The bed was the most comfortable of my stay in 3 different hotels during this trip.

Nothing to say here. It’s a great property!

Great base in Interlaken

The triple room was equipped with A/C which was rare in Switzerland for a 3star hotel. Balcony was a plus and room was of a comfortable size. The team was excellent and treated us kindly and professionally with all queries and requests met with a smile and enthusiasm, everyone of them made sure we felt welcomed and that made out stay better as the weather was not cooperating with us. Right next to Interlaken West bus and train station, getting to the hotel was a breeze and coop/ migros are just a short walk away. Complimentary Tea/Coffee all day was great for some time spent at the lobby. Thank you for your hospitality again.

only issue was the thinner than usual bath towels but thats probably just personal preference.

Great stay in an easily accessible location

The staff were very friendly. They gave us a lot of tips for places to visit and how to get around The interlaken visitor card was also given upon arrival. We were able to check in an hour early and able to leave our bags for collection after checkout. Breakfast was good with a few options

Nothing - if being picky, the corridors are slightly outdated but rooms were very clean and modern.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel right across the street from Interlaken West train station. Staff is very well informed and helpful.

Exceptional

I love the location of the hotel, you can walk just a little bit from the train station. The staff is very good, they explain everything to us, also suggest the travelling spot for me. The staff has a very good English skill. The room was very clean and big, the view from the hotel is very good. I love the variety of breakfast.

this hotel provides a good standard of clean accommodation at prices which are, by Swiss standards, reasonable. the bonus is how close the hotel is to the town centre and Interlaken West station. A decent breakfast is served too.

Superb

We could not have asked for a better location! Trains, buses and boat ride are just across the road. Made excursions so much easier. 24 hours complimentary coffee machine near the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service

Exceptionally friendly staff, showed us a map and gave us tips on where to go. We stayed in a newly renovated room, view was perfect and rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice as well. And location just 3min walk from the station!

Good location and service.

Location good, can find some good souvenirs shop and shop service staff very friendly. Hotel reception staff helpful and friendly.
