Staff were absolutely lovely. I was sorting out sports related equipment to support a mountain race the following day; when they came in to do turn down they replaced the piles exactly where they were so well I didn‘t even notice they had turned down the bed until I discovered the cookie! Everyone was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. They helped me with my luggage, moved my car for me, answered questions about the town and their services. Would stay again.
Kitchen was a bit slow during dinner / evening. Food itself was good in the restaurant though!

There is no Air conditioning and the carpet of the floor so old

Great location. Old historical building.
Breakfast was fantastic. Felt like “old Switzerland”.
Bedroom was small, showed signs of wear and tear. Water stained wallpaper, small bed.
