The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We liked the tub in the room.
It didn’t have air conditioning and it was really hot while we were there. Our room was so hot that it was hard to sleep, even with the windows cracked.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! I loved the relaxing vintage atmosphere of the room/hotel. Food was tasty. The friendly staff again :) ! The hotel is within a few minutes easy walking of the train station, supermarkets, town center. Right in front of the hotel is a small park with the river you can sit down to and have coffee/sandwiches to a beautiful scenery.
Not something we didn't like, more like of a suggestion - maybe having a body lotion in addition to the shampoo would have been a nice plus. The swimming pond is really a small pond, and not the typical big chlorinated pool for swimming - we weren't there for that, just saying this if you plan on swimming.
Maybe the only thing we didn't like - one staff lady at the hotel restaurant (Chalet Beizli) that was waiting tables was a bit rude so we went to another restaurant.
But overall everything was great!

Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent also!
No air conditioning. We were provided a noisy fan - no good when trying to sleep.
Our bed was 2 single beds pushed together. We asked for a double but it couldn't be provided.
Pillows were flat, quite uncomfortable.
