L’atout de l’hôtel c’est son parking et très proche du centre-ville.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

La proximité du tramway pour se rendre centre ville .Le parking privatif qui bien que restreint est présent.
Hotel situé sur un boulevard à 3 voies.tres très bruyant même avec une chambre au fond de la cour.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good
The initial room we received has some sewage type dirt on the floor. They have us another room which was not the best. Next day they have us better room. Overall the rooms are not very fancy. Its little away from the attraction so we had to walk around the block each time

Farther walk from the center of Florence, but that was balanced with its convenience to train station.

Staff was helpful in person. Not so much when you comtacted them in Booking though.
Staff was very unresponsive in Booking.
Breakfast did not have many choices, but it was delicious anyway.

Airconditioning did not work and leaving the window open to compensate resulted in several mosquito bites. The hotel is also not well situated with no eateries in the immediate surroundings.

staff was absolute serious. The room was full of mosquitos. It was so warm inside the room, and the aircon/fan was just not enough. we had o open the window, and than there was so much noise from the road.
The bed did not seem to be dusted peoperly.
overall it was a below average night.

personal they were all so net and good. we were lucky and we had a park place for our car.
it was so loud too many groups and loud at midnight. the room was nosy too because of street. it wasn’t clean and the bedclothes were too old with holes. they didn’t have any e-kettle in room.

Walkable to landmarks.. Low season so I had no problem getting secure parking.
We had a room by the street so we had some road noise.

The buffet breakfast was extensive, varied in choices, and well-stocked. The room was fairly large by Firenze standards and convenient to the train station.
It was walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi but it was a 20+ minute brisk walk. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so that also required 20-30 walk.

The location was a bit far. But it was close to the busstastion and train station. The staff were ok but they were not so friendly. The room was fine but it wasnt as described

Relatively close to the city center: you can either walk about 1 km +/-, or you can take the nearby T2 tramline for 1.50eur/person for 2 stops and you're at Piaza del' Unita. Kind housekeepers.
The bathroom is extra small. The receptionists looked jaded, no energy left in them. Probably underpaid or something, and why go the extra mile. I mean, they weren't rude or anything like that. No, no, completely kind, but...not like welcoming you with a smile and openess or, you know, the usual.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down, but not entirely bad. Some things were better than other, let's put it that way.
