Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Einfach alles :) Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles für den persönlichen Komfort ist vorhanden.

Erstklassige Lage mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig

Erstklassige Lage mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nahe am Markusplatz und den Anlegestellen der Traghetti. Eine bequeme, große Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Tägliche Fitness Einheiten durch die 72 Stufen - aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Alles in Allem eine perfekte Woche - jederzeit wieder.

Spacious and airy rooms above the rest in Venice.

Love the spaciousness of the apartment. We enjoyed leisurely breakfast every day before setting off on our wW oaks around Venice. Our adult daughter joined us for several days of the 5 nights we were there and the apartment was comfortable for all of us. The facilities are great, kitchen great, bathroom great and the AC works well. The apartment has awesome light and a feeling of privacy despite the windows all around. Finally the location was just what we wanted, close to St Marks and San Zaccaria vaporetto stop which is convenient for connecting to the other islands and we walked to the train station twice to meet arriving family.

The stairs up are a haul when its hot and with luggage, we travel heavy because we are out for 6 weeks this trip. That said I got used to the climb by the third day and truly did not find it burdensome after that.

Beautiful Apartment with Excellent Service and Atmosphere The apartment was beautiful and spacious, providing all the comforts one could need. We enjoyed having coffee on the terrace as the sun rose. The hostess was fantastic, taking care of everything and answering all our questions. She even arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment, including a luxurious water taxi - the best way to arrive in Venice. The only downside was the fourth-floor location. However, once upstairs, we found tranquility that allowed us to forget the typical tourist hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.

location was excellent, spacious and very comfortable. beautiful flat. Our host Veronica was exceptional, she took care of everything from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended.

Great Place!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Venice. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you might need for a long stay.

Realize you'll be climbing stairs as the apartment is on the top floor of the building.

Stay here if you can!

Everything! The location, the quiet nights even though it's so close to Piazza San Marco, restaurants, and a busy neighborhood - we had a lovely stay in one of the most beautiful apartments we've stayed in anywhere. Super clean, extremely comfortable king bed and seating area, lots of cooking and dining space, and a gorgeous little terrace area. If it were possible, I'd rate it 5+++ stars. We will stay here again when we're in Venice. We travel light and waking machines are essential - the little laundry room here was a bonus!

There was nothing lacking, it was all perfect.

Superb

Nice, modern house, fully equipped with a relaxing terrace. Very near to San Marco square. Victoria the owner (as well as her staff member Carla) super kind and helpful. Highly recommended

Moisture on the walls, but this is a typical phenomenon in Venice. No elevator and kind of difficult to climb so many stairs.

Great location-spacious apartment

Main electrical switch had to be turned off when leaving the apartment to get the key out.This means AC is always off when you are not in the apartment.The AC had not sufficient capacity resulting in a very warm apartment all the time. The 70 stairs to reach the apartment is not for elderly people or people will any leg troubles.

Exceptional

The pictures make it look very big and luxurious but quite honestly it's even nicer than it looks! The owner was fantastic, they were in touch as soon as I booked, made sure I knew how to get there etc. Really great. The location is amazing, right beside all the main attractions and a boat stop, cant reccomend enough.

Wonderful roomy apartment in an excellent location!

Big apartment with very stylish décor; sparkling clean in a perfect location (2 -3 minutes walk from San Marco's square and equally from the boat stop San Marco) Very nice private little terrace and kitchen with all appliances. Mattresses and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Veronica is very helpful for questions and travel tips.

The stairs were a work-out, but worth it to get to the top floor for the apartment with the terrace, and these older buildings cannot physically have elevators. We seem to have arrived in mosquito season.

Wonderful

Beautiful place in great location. Great host who cares a lot about cleanliness, which is obviously particularly important right now. She also gage me tips and advice on restaurants. Thank you very much Veronica!

It would be good to change the mosquito nets (they have very small holes but mosquitoes still manage to get through).
