Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of San Marco

The hotel lived up to its description! A small boutique hotel in a quiet and yet super accessible location on San Marco. We arrived by water taxi which enables you to literally enter step free by the front door of the property. The owners went out of their way to help me prior to my arrival, booking water taxis and making recommendations. The room was as described and exactly the look and style we wanted for our first few nights in Venice. We wanted a room with beams and dark opulent wall coverings.

Didn’t want to leave the hotel, breathtaking!!

Everything!! The most beautiful and clean hotel I have ever stayed. Spectacular view and the staff was amazing! I definitely will stay in this hotel without a doubt!!

I cannot find anything that I didn’t like. 10/10 plus another 10!!

Loved our stay and the facilities. Would book this facility again.

Very beautiful room. Nice touch of giving us a bottle of prosecco on our arrival. Good location for walking to St. Marks square and restaurants. Boat docking area was awesome, where we sat and dangled our feet in the canal watching and listening to the gondolas and singing. Picked up at this boat dock by a boat taxi arranged by the hotel staff to take us to the airport the morning we left - excellent!

There was some noisy construction near the front of the hotel, but only during the early morning and day time. Also noisy cargo boat/staff in the early morning - but hey - its a working canal.

Perfect for couples that want the charm of a canal view and sounds without overly noisy hustle and bustle.

Easily accessible and was a great location with canal view on a not-too-busy canal. Fun sounds and view - perfect for a couple’s stay. The bathroom was very nice

We had a magical time in Venice and the hotel made it perfect.

The location was beautiful and private but also within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The gondolas passing by our bedroom window was wonderful!

Great stay

Great little property with a nice little view of the canal with Gondolas passing by. Staff were very nice and accommodating nothing was a problem. Just a little tip, when catching the Vaporetto into Venice get off at San Maria De Giglio it is pretty straight short walk from there.

We loved our stay here for 5 nights but is a little difficult to find ,a big Green door at the entrance with a tiny sign. But hey that’s Venice

What you see is actually what you get!

This hotel is exactly what the photos are like. Fabulous location for access to St Mark’s Square and also the water bus from the airport. It’s beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, huge bathroom and the views are incredible.

One of the best holidays we’ve ever been on. Our 2nd trip to Venice and we are definitely booking this particular hotel

The hotel was in an amazing location in San Marco and central to everything. The best part for us was access to the water gate (even though we also had a lovely balcony) where we sat everyday and watched the Gondolas go by. It also overlooked the opera house. It was simply divine and so relaxing. Marco was the perfect host along with Chiara. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a nespresso coffee machine.

Staying in first floor room with view of corner of tributary canal around Opera House and delightful bustle of gondolas beneath, as well as service vessels first thing in the morning!

Amazing hidden jewel.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, the bed comfortable but goodness me the view was so beautiful overlooking a quiet canal with Gondaliers sailing past. I cannot fault a single thing.

Stylish but not functional

- Great, quiet location - Huge room size - Water provided every day and Prosecco upon arrival - Clean room - Recommendations provided for places to eat

- No room to put your toiletries - no tray in the shower, room on the basin - Mirror did not extend the length of the basin so you couldn’t see yourself when facing the sink - No exhaust fan in the bathroom - so either you had to open up the bathroom window and have the public see you or fog up the bathroom - No safe - Air conditioner not working properly - it was set to 30 degrees but always felt cold - No lift - Could hear people walking from above levels - Terrible lighting - Had to use the key to lock door when inside the room

Very comfortable room, beautiful decor, good location, helpful staff

Very loud, so if you enjoy sleeping past 8am don’t stay here as there is a loading dock right outside with very loud boats and workers and no soundproofing

Great room, beautifully furnished and close to the attractions in San Marco. Our room had a view over a quiet canal - and that is the attraction. Just off the beaten path so it feels peaceful and relaxed.
