I can’t say enough good things about Gio&Gio. It was an amazingly lovely way to end our Italy trip. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location felt both central and peaceful at the same time. There are also little touches that made the experience special – where you could see the care put into details that someone staying with them would appreciate – from cold water in the fridge to fresh fruit, pastries, and cappuccinos for breakfast. Alessandro is the kind of host who makes you feel like a friend rather than a guest – in addition to being super responsive and making people feel welcome, he is thoughtful, endlessly patient, and genuinely warm hearted. From tracking down elusive candy we went to more than 5 markets looking for to helping us figure out the best way to get to the airport, he made everything so easy for us. Couldn’t recommend Gio&Gio highly enough to anyone visiting Venice.
No notes.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of many attractions and close to water taxi access, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment was easy to access, and the host was communicative and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. It was a little noisy at night due to being on the ground floor, but it wasn’t enough to disturb our sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment!

Everything! From the communication with host Alessandro to the location (views from our balcony of gondolas and singing gondoliers was a highlight) to the facilities… absolutely wonderful! This is our new go to accommodation whenever visiting Venezia from here on!
Nothing at all.

Breakfast was lovely and location wonderful.
Bathroom space was a little tight, as in most European hotels compared to what Americans are used to.
