I travelled a lot of countries already. While I was doing Asian tour this time, I left something at the hotel and was travelling to other countries already. I like how they manage and correspond on how my things that was left to send back to me.
I like their breakfast and they will do their best to help you with all your daily needs. We feel safe while we are staying at the hotel.

Perfect location.
Seems they couldn’t find a way to adapt their standard back , understandable as the current situation and Covid effect. Though the situation and market is not so good, my advice, do not lower down your standard and facilities. Good luck .

Nice, clean room with a view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Fantastic breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Authentic location, only 100 meters from 19th street. Just next door 2 shops open 24h. Friendly and honest taxidrivers just outside the hotel. Money exchange possible at the frontdesk. No complains at all---enjoyed it.

Hotel has a great localisation: in the heart of Yangon. Is modern, well-kept and clean. Room was pretty small, with small window but very comfortable: with mini bar, comfortable bed, new equipement. Bed-sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, with nice local elements. Hotel staff was nice, open, helpful. They speak English quite well.
I would improve cleanless in bathroom.

The location was noisy, however, it was not intrusive of a good nights sleep. They room we had a great views across the city to the Pagoda. The place was within easy walking distance of 2 big modern western shopping centres. The dinning room was great, with plenty of variety of food styles.

The breakfast is wonderful! It has a wide range of varieties and is very delicious!
If there is a swimming pool, it be perfect!

Great location, friendly and professional staff(front office + bellboys + f&b). The rich breakfast is really a plus.

The room on the 14th floor was really welcoming well equipped and large. It was a joy to stay in it. The breakfast was full of variety, and we enjoyed what we had. The front of house staff were excellent and helped us to locate an ideal driver for the three days we stayed. The hotel is like an oasis in the desert
Chinatown is for people who enjoy a culture shock..for it has all the attributes many westerners will find rather shocking. It has the extremes of everything. It is very dirty and run down and has local wildlife that goes with waste and food litter.
Don’t be surprised when you get there to find this hotel but go inside and you will see why I remark the hotel is like an oasis. I can only comment however on their best and highest suite room.
There is only one lift so anticipate a wait at busy times. It can be noisy even from the high floors with local barking dogs.
7.5
1. good variety of dishes at Breakfast
2. Helpful and smiling staff from bellboy, front desk to room service. You are treated like an old friend everytime.
3. After trying out the food places outside, and finding the hotel Cafe Orchid serves delicious meals of generous helpings with nice ambience.
1. The pulsating drone that comes on every so often, sounds like the place is groaning in agony
2. One small lift for 15 floors, you can wait awhile at peak hours
3. Had our breakfast seatings hijacked by other guests. The floor manager and waitress were most apologetic and made sure we were secured in new seats.
