The chaff was excellent taking care during our Dinner and breakfast. The room was clean comfotable and spacious. The staff were always smiling and polite, went out of their to be helpful.
There was nothing that was not to like.

The widespread buffet offers continental as well as Indian delicacies. Fruits and milkshakes were fresh and accompanied by mouth-watering bakery products. Live counters take into consideration personal taste and suit both vegetarian and non-vegetarian eaters. Dinning at the iconic Dum Pukth is highly recommended - tip - reserve your seat beforehand.
To my disappointment, I experienced a delay in our check-in and room service requests owing to full occupancy. In addition, staff appeared overworked and courteous behaviour could have been better.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and each time my experience has been wonderful. This time they gave me a large room on the top floor overlooking the pool. The staff now know me and go out of their way to make my stay memorable. A special mention must be given to Vijay Pujari, Udit, Maxim and Shadab. I also particularly enjoy the Chinese restaurant, Yi Jing. The cuisine is special and the Chef is brilliant. He prepared a pomfret in black bean sauce for me on the last night of my stay which was superb. I also recommend the spicy Sichuan soup with chicken and mushrooms, the chicken and multi green noodles and the braised prawns with asparagus and snow peas. Another noteworthy aspect is the breakfast buffet at Peshwa Pavilion. The spread is massive with dishes for every palate and you end up satiated. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the hotel and it's staff for the warmth and hospitality. I hope to return soon.
The only minor issue that I had was the seeming lack of cohesiveness between Welcom Assistance and the restaurants and housekeeping. I was told on more than one occasion by Welcom Assistance that cold water or cold juice was not available for delivery to the room when the restaurants stock cold water and housekeeping stocks cold juice. To meet my requirements I had to go to Peshwa Pavilion physically to get cold water and speak to the housekeeping staff to get cold juice. This could have been avoided if Welcom Assistance was better informed.

Very nice luxury hotel. Attentive and very helpful staff
Room I was given was opposite staff store. Every morning and all day the staff would be discussing and joking, they were very loud and woke me every morning.

The room was spacious and very well furnished. The garden view and the luxurious bathroom added to the experience. The breakfast is great. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the chocolate tastings at the outlet next to it. The location of the hotel near the airport, is of course, the main advantage - especially if you are in transit. This allowed us to access various parts of the city with ease.
The network of corridors in the hotel are a maze and not entirely well maintained.

Great aesthetic and service
Some of the fixtures were old and sometimes the service took longer than expected

Numerous things, such as a long wait for breakfast (more than 45 mins), and having to follow up till midnight to get an additional bed despite having booked for 3 adults. TV remote did not work.
The check-in experience was poor, and we had to wait till 4.00 pm to get our room!!!! Failed on multiple fronts.

Rooms we stayed were good and with amenities. Room service and entire staff was polite & helpful & quick. We had Breakfast only during our stay as it was our own choice and it was Awesome .
Surrounding area inside hotel premises is good .
During short stay I used swimming pool along with my family to enjoy & spend some time.
Pool was good but should add some aesthetics . Shower area near pool had very poor taps . Locker room and washrooms were good but not up to the fame/name of Hotel & Can be repaired/replaced.
This review was shared with hotel staff personally as well as on phone.
