Very clean and comfortable. Accessible to sight seeing places.
The Spa and Sauna was a bonus. Immaculate
Was noisey sometimes, but with people checking in/out is expected with unsociable hours.
Instructions for coffee/tea and sauna would be helpful.

The Hotel is on a great location, next to Serdica Metro. Easy access to a lot of monuments, with in walking distance. Big bed.
My room was a little bit below ground floor. Little light during the day, but no way to make the room completely dark, the curtains were thin. Bathroom was on one level on the floor, shower with toilet, so everything got wet. Room had a damp smell.

the best thing about the accomodation is the location. it is in the heart of Sofia, right in front of Cerdica metro station from where you can take metro to the airport also. in the corner there is also cafeteria which has amazing food. the staff in the hotel was nice.
I didn’t like the fact that my room was on the ground floor. the air con in the room did not work how I imagine it should. also there is no kettle in the room and no chair.

1.Hotel location was good.
2.The man at reception was really helpful about what we should do and where we should go.
1.The hotel smells a lot from the time that you enter inside. *THE ROOM STINKS!* (#203)
2.We got a family room for 3 people but things were for 2 (like sampoo, towels etc)
3.Room #203 didn’t have double bed, just 2 singles that was together (in booking said king size bed)
4.We couldn’t open the window cause of the smell coming from outside!!!
WE ONLY GOT ONE WINDOW FOR FRESH AIR! (nothing else)and that one we couldn’t open it cause it would be worst!
5. The bathroom only had 1 toilet paper for 3 people.
6.The bathroom didn’t have any type of ventilation! (none small window neither the electric one when the light is open…)

The location is perfect. Despite no view the room was not on the busy traffic so it was quite.
The ceiling was too low. No view - look to a parking. The air condition was not powerful enough for the size of the room.

The location is excellent, 20 m from Serdika metro station so direct to airport or train station. Close to Vitosha main drag.
Big comfy bed
Value for money
Only 1 towel despite having a family room
No tea, coffee facilities in room
Few toiletries in bathroom. Had to buy shower gel

close to centre, usually for business, don’t expect too much.
nothing bad nothing exceptional, just a basic staying.

walking distance to the city centre, easy to find
shower has no curtain or water stopper, bring flip flops. pillow was not comfortable

Perfect location, some 30 m from the entry of metro station Serdika where the two main metro lines cross (the one from the Central Bus & Train Stations and the other to the Airport (T2). Also, a lot of pleasant sights to see and shops to visit in the area.
We booked a room with a king-size double bed and it was wide enough. Sleeping in it was very comfortable. (I cannot comment on sex as we were too exhausted from the sightseeing :)))
The bathroom had very beautiful terracotta on both the floor and the walls.
The personnel was mostly polite and the janitors provided us with the extra towels and a cleaning tool upon our request.
Our room faced a private parking so there was no problem with any traffic noise at night.
To start with: There was no HOTEL sign above the main entrance, so both our Taxi driver and we spent quite some time to locate it; there is just the name, "Central Point". There should be a big HOTEL sign so that both drivers and pedestrians should easily see it from afar. Also, another guiding sign should have been put at the street's corner since the main entrance is quite far on the right.
The poor design of the bathroom. There was no douche cabin and thus all water after bathing gathered in the middle around the sink, just in front of the toilet. The curtain in between didn't help, so we asked for a cleaning tool to remove all the water from the floor, and then had to wait with the ventilation on for the floor to dry. Wet floor is no big issue if you enter with your shoes on to use the toilet and the sink, but it didn't feel comfortable.
The main receptionist was not always polite and responded rudely to another customer's questions about the parking rules applying to the street in front ("This is none of my business, look at the road signs on the street!").
Security: Our room was on the ground floor, with the window facing a private parking. There were iron bars only in front of the window that opens, but not in front of the fixed window, so a thief could easily break in.
TV: the screen size was so tiny that it was not appealing at all, we never tried it.
Finally, the bathroom's door did not close, so we had to ask for the key to be able to lock ourselves from the inside.

Location was great
A bit creepy from the outside, and a little bit wierd vibe when you enter the hotel. The roof in the room was so low my friend couldnt stand upright in the room.

Guy at the reception was friendly, location of the place was good, but that is pretty much it
Mould behind the bed, mould behind the wardrobe on the walls, drain flies coming from the bathroom, door to the bathroom could not close, weird smell in the room, damaged carpet, overall feel was that it was old and not very clean
When asked to change rooms was not allowed to as hotel was fully booked, so had to sleep in the room with mould despite mould allergy
