Parking was very easy to access, it is also spacious which means a lot when you travel with kids. Food was great, room was great, location is well connected.
Only 1 elevator leads to the restaurant and usually that one gets busy while the other one is free.

Excellent value for money. Extremely courteous staff. A comfortable room with all the amenities you could need: kettle, fridge, espresso machine. The bathroom is comfortable. Breakfast is also plentiful, with a wide choice of sweet and savoury options – including local specialities. It’s convenient for getting to the city centre or the airport, with the underground just a short walk away. A great experience.
The only ‘downside’ was that I had the misfortune of coming across a large group of Chinese tourists: they were extremely noisy, held everyone up in the restaurant and lifts, and practically ate everything! But that’s not the hotel’s fault…

The location is good for a day in Sofia and arriving at the airport in the morning.
We were missing a towel to take a shower. I went down to the reception to ask and the man was not nice at all and said in a rude way that he didn't have it and that someone who could bring it would only come in the morning.
