I stayed at **Hotel Anel Sofia for three nights**, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is well located, making it a convenient base for exploring Sofia.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel room was simply outstanding — **the biggest and best room I have ever stayed in during my entire 28 years of traveling!** It was truly impressive and exceeded all my expectations.
I also loved dining in the beautifully designed restaurant. The highlight was the **grilled duck with pineapple**, which was absolutely delicious and a memorable culinary experience.
Overall, Hotel Anel Sofia exceeded my expectations in every way, from its central location and excellent service to the exceptional room and wonderful dining experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia\!
There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the friendly staff and spacious room to the beautiful restaurant and location. I would not change a thing!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an art gallery with wonderful works by local artists. The breakfast was cozy and delicious, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We travelled by car, and the parking is conveniently located near the metro station; it’s also just a 15‑minute walk to the city centre. We are very satisfied with our experience, and on our next trip to Sofia, we will definitely stay here again.

location is good. breakfast is good.
it is not a 5 star rating standard. all the 3 rooms we stayed have no dental kit. 1 room without water kettle and when ask for one kettle from the staff, the response is no more kettle.
the next morning when we ask the front desk to provide the kettle and sadly the kettle is leaking one.
my room phone is faulty. my room shower pipe is leaking.
front desk staff is not professional and polite.
