Das personal war extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes haus und innenhof.

A+++++ Experience From Soup to Nuts!

From first contact Camila — who’s in charge of guest communications — made us feel invited and taken care of. At the property everything was beautiful, comfortable and inviting, like we were staying with friends and not at a hotel. The owner, Helena was lovely and engaging, and staff Ana and Carolina took good care of us. Then we left for Cartagena, had some troubles and contacted Camila and she did some research, found us an exquisite hotel, and literally rescued our travel experience! Then we met Camila at the property on our return to Bogota en route back to Mexico City and it was like a family reunion. Camila is a Treasure! Just warm and connected and all the things you want travel to be! A+++++ Experience From Soup to Nuts!

Very nice but some negatives.

Lovely touches around the place that make it memorable Good neighbourhood for restaurants Helpful staff

1. Renovation work was not advised to us in advance. The moving of furniture in the early hours of the night made for a bad night’s sleep. There was no offer of recompense. 2. Happy Hour cocktails are not complimentary-in fact premium. Invitations do not mention this so the surprise charge at check out leaves a sour taste.

Love , love , love this charming hotel !

This hotel is divine. it’s more like a home away from home , with so much care and attention from all the wonderful staff. it is beautifully decorated , extremely comfortable, and quite exceptional . Outstanding!

Absolutely charming BnB style accommodations. We would certainly stay here again.

The communication both before and during the trip was awesome. The ladies were attentive and caring. The room was charming, the private patio was magical in its lushness, and laying on the hammock was great. Breakfast was nice. The ladies were very attentive and caring. Great location, quiet, but very close to the best restaurants.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it was pretty tight opening the shower door to get in. The bathtub, while comfortable, did not hold the water as the drain leaks.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

We only stayed one night - unfortunately! However, the check-in process was very friendly and professional, and our room was very comfortable and had a number of thoughtful touches. We did go out to a restaurant in the evening and the neighbourhood looked interesting with a number of cool shops and restaurants, but we never got to see it in the daytime. The staff also kindly prepared a "to-go" breakfast for us since we had to leave before breakfast was served.

It's incredible, really. The whole staff is so kind, and they really took care of our stay.

The breakfast was excellent, and something I looked forward to every day. The staff were so attentive, and made sure that any dietary restrictions were considered and they really just went out of their way for us.

I loved my entire stay at Casa Legado. We were exhausted from our flights, and they just took care of us and made sure that were comfortable so that we could enjoy the city and surroundings.

Choose your room wisely - avoid a room in the main block but rather in annex.

Personnel was really helpful and friendly. Safe and quiet area with good security. Common area was agreable - nice sitting area, honesty bar etc Decor was quite nice

Our room - The Natalia - was really noisy due to noise that echoed in the internal courtyard. Our bathroom had no heating and since Bogotal is cold, this is a minus. Also breakfast table was a bit to 'intimate' - you will be seated very close to other guests and difficult to keep a 'personal bubble'/

Exceptional

From the moment we booked, Casa Legado made us feel so welcome. Our flight had a bit of an odd arrival time in Bogotá and Casa Legado made sure we were taken of the moment we got off the plane. All of the staff (including Eugenio!) were so friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Breakfast was so delicious as well!

It was really an exceptional experience staying in this hotel and we can't wait to go back.

Casa Legado is an adorable boutique hotel in a quiet, safe area within walking distance to some of the city's best restaurants. The best part, however, is the staff. They go absolutely above and beyond in every way possible. From the warm welcome with lots of great advice, to the full service breakfasts, to even the little details (example: after a long day of hiking in Sumapaz, we came back to find a book about some of Colombia's other mountains in our room with a nice personalized note), it's clear that the level of attention you get is so much more than you can expect from the corporate-owned hotels.

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Perhaps some younger travelers might like to be in a more active neighborhood, but for us (couple in our 30s) we appreciated quiet nights but still within a very short Uber or walk to lively areas with great restaurants and bars.

Casa Legado is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail in everything from decor to staff.

The property is incredibly unique and has special details and fine art in every corner. The mix of indoor/outdoor spaces makes for a very laid back ambiance.

The room could have had blackout curtains, but overall everything was fantastic.

overall lovely, slight disappointment at shower not draining.

The bed was so comfortable, and they put warming pads in the bed for nighttime turndown! The bathtub was luxurious and the breakfast (omelette, granola, fruit, etc) There was a sweet card upon signin and a guest book surprise that was delightful. The blue chamomile tea was such a wonderful treat. The “open kitchen” access provided sparking water, granola, fruit, etc. which was a wonderful snack after a long travel day,. The patio area is a tranquil space to read or enjoy a snack, and the birds singing felt wonderful. The WiFi was 15-20mbps, and the decor was thoughtfully connected to the family who must own the property. the staff were friendly and overall our stay.

The shower didn’t drain, so I was standing in a 1/2 ft of water and when we sent a photo and asked to be moved to a different room the staff said they didn’t have another room to put us in. We seemed to be the only guests staying overnight, so this was a bit disappointing.

Just everything from top to bottom exceeded our expectations. we celebrated our anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The attention to detail was exquisite and the balance of attention to privacy was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at any 5 star hotel. This accommodation was a solid 6 out of 5 and we cannot wait to visit again!!

Incredible.

The staff was incredible and made the stay comfortable and special. When we checked in, they had tea for us waiting and gifts in the room to welcome us. They planned a picnic and movie night for us that were incredibly fun and thoughtful (these were extra charges but worth it). The hosts really take the time to get to know you and make the experience special. Breakfast is incredible every morning - it’s a giant spread of fruits and bread with eggs each morning. Plus coffee and tea. The house is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable and the living spaces are awesome. My husband and I spent an entire day hanging outside in the courtyard which was very relaxing.

Simply amazing place

We loved our stay at this hotel a lot! Starting from pre-arrival communications with manager Ana, to pick up, to hospitality of the staff, beautiful hotel design and very homey feeling of the place - everything was totally amazing! Looking forward to come back next year. Thank you very very much!
