The property is very nice and the beach access was great and not busy at all in January. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Also there is no beach view, the balcony overlooks the pool and trash bins. It does have a large hot tub in the courtyard and the owners were very communicative and nice. Great area and alot of bang for your buck!

Great location (just minutes from Old Town) with direct beach access. The condo was quiet and clean. Check in was really easy and the owner was very responsive via text. It was one of the more pleasurable VRBO experiences we've had. The next time we go back to St. Augustine we will definitely be booking here!

We loved the condo. It was very clean. And I was so surprised to see that it was furnished with everything that we needed for the beach. I have to say that it was definitely the best place that I’ve rented in Florida. The landlord was so friendly and she called several times to see if we needed anything. That has never happened to me before she was the best ever. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is planning on going to St. Augustine , Florida. It was a great experience and the location was perfect. It was convenient to everything. Sincerely ,Thelma( Betty Hensley.

Perfect place, steps to the beach, and minutes to attractions downtown! Pools and hot tubs were clean, as well as all the grounds. Plenty of activities to do, with equipment all provided. We will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this was by far one of the best. It is updated throughout. Open and airy floor plan. A short walk to the private beach access. It has a great kitchen if you want to stay in for meals. (A Publix is about a half mile away.) Or there are losts of really fun places to eat within a mile or two. I would definitely stay here again.

The community is welcoming. Everyone we met was friendly and inclusive. I was invited to participate in a Mahjong game. We were invited to participate in Pickleball games (we were rank beginners). The beach is amazing, a short walk and easy to navigate-flat, wide, gorgeous.

This was a clean unit with a good beach location. All of the resort amenities were great. Shuffle board, tennis, bocee ball & the hot tub. Full time gate attendant. The host Dawn was very helpful and prompt with any questions I had. I would recommend this VRBO to a friend.

After a series of flight delays pushed our arrival time back by about 6 hours it was SO wonderful to arrive here and have it be everything a traveler could want and need on a very late night and each day thereafter!! From the clear instructions received before arriving, to simple things like coffee filters being stocked, the condo being clean, cute, and inviting, to the brief (less than a minute) walk to the end of the parking lot putting you at the beach access…this condo couldn’t have been better! Dawn was also quick to respond to questions and so easy to work with she felt like a friend!! The location is also nice, close to the beach, and, during November, not crowded, very quiet, but also an easy drive to the historic district. Great mix of St. Augustine!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay on a beautiful site and beach this is the place for you. With town being close enough to enjoy but far enough away to keep a quiet, and relaxing experience. The condo was very accommodating, including beach chairs and sand toys. Dawn made us feel very welcomed checking in on us to ensure our stay was what we expected. The property it’s self has two nice clean pools and several clean hot tubs. We definitely plan on coming back.

5 stars!!! Great location right on the beach! Extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Towels sheets kitchen ware! The best was communicating with Dawn! Received her contact info but before I had a chance to msg her, she contacted me asking if I had any questions. I asked it we could check in before 3 pm and she made sure the condo was cleaned and we checked in at noon! Gave us almost an additional day. She followed up once we were there , to insure everything that was promised was satisfactory and it was. Will definitely recommend and go back again’ Thank You Dawn!

Loved staying at this cute condo! Perfect location right on the beach & close to downtown. Dawn was easy to get into contact with and gave us some great recommendations for local eats/ coffee shops/ and places to grab a drink. We took full advantage of the tennis courts on the property & had so much fun playing. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay- excellent location and everything we needed while visiting all of the St. Augustine attractions. Pools right outside our window and a short walk to the beach. Dawn was an excellent and attentive host. Would stay there again.

The owner was extremely responsive and receptive to an earlier check in. The property was as depicted. Very family friendly, safe to let the teens roam, walk to beach in a few minutes. Centrally located to grocery shopping, ice cream , and restaurants. Very hot and beach umbrella was broken which the owner will replace. A few new beach chairs are needed. Only complaint is the property grills are charcoal which is a lot of work on vacation. Highly recommend!

We love St. Augustine beach and our stay in this unit was great. The property owner Dawn is very responsive. Access to the beach and amenities were wonderful. Best part- didn’t have to drive into the historic district to see 4th of July fireworks, we could see them from the balcony of our unit.

We’ve had a LOT of health issues and needed to get away. Was nice to escape to St Augustine. I underestimated the stairs and had a terrible struggle. Will never do that again. Thus, I did not get out and about. But my husband had a great time wondering about. We did go out for dinner each night. I enjoyed the different scenery so that was pleasant for me. The unit was wonderful. The communication excellent! We thank you so much. My bad for the stairs.

I cannot say enough about this condo! We stayed here for a long weekend. The condo is beautiful, comfy, cozy and clean. The parking is convenient, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is literally just steps away, the location was great, just far enough away from the center of it all but close enough for a quick drive. Dawn is a fantastic host and she checked in with us to make sure we were ok on more than one occasion. I would definitely stay here again! PS ~The beds are very comfortable 💚

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and perfect location. Condo was cute just as pictured and very clean. Check in was a breeze and all prior info was easy to understand. Dawn was great with checking that every thing was satisfactory. The area was quiet and superbly maintained. The pool was sparkling clean and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants etc. We also attended a concert at the nearby amphitheater which was awesome. We did spend one day at the historic area and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I plan on a return visit And highly recommend this condo if you want to enjoy yourself in Saint Augustine.
